I had to have the windshield replaced. I called and spoke to the owner, Austin, and he said he was sorry but he would not reimburse me for my $250.00 deductible. He said this was not his responsibility. He then told me he delivers all over the Milwaukee area and this happens all the time and he can't pay for these damages.
