This will be the second review I have ever given, and I do so out of the desire to provide real feedback that may help others. I had an unacceptable experience attempting to view a property with Karen. After reaching out via a Zillow listing, I was quickly contacted and set up an appointment to view a listing the next day at 1:00 PM. We spoke over the phone to set up a viewing time, and we negotiated what times were possible due to their availability and my work schedule. I reached out via text prior to leaving at ~12:30 PM to make the appointment to let them know that I was leaving. When I arrived, 10 minutes early, no one was at the property. After waiting 5 minutes I texted her at 12:55 PM letting them know I had arrived and was parked in the driveway. After no response, I waited a further 10 minutes and called them at ~1:11 PM, to which they finally picked up and gave a garbled response that they didn't know why someone wasn't there and would find out. She also asked that I wait an additional 30 minutes to see if she could find someone to show up, to which I responded no and that I would be leaving. On the way home, they called me and left a voicemail indicating that "uh looks like the confirmation to you didn't receive, uh, wasn't received in a timely manner, so the communication wasn't, uh, complete there." I gave her a call back, communicating my annoyance that no one was there at an appointment, and that it was deeply unprofessional that despite the fact that I had reached out before leaving and even while I was waiting at the property, I had gotten no response. She kept talking over me while I was informing her of my work schedule and the importance of keeping to a time table that we both had agreed upon. When she finally seemed to understand my annoyance at having to set aside work time, for which I bill at an hourly rate, does have an impact and that I am annoyed that they were unable to either communicate that someone would be late or even simply respond to my messages that I was leaving, she then snidely suggested that I work with another real estate agent. Even outside of the disappointing and unprofessional exchange with them, such an experience doesn't bode well for the actual process of purchasing a property with them. If this is how they acted and treated me when when trying to set up and keep an appointment, why would I trust them to complete procedural steps in a timely and communicative way when making an offer on a property?

we are truly disappointed to have to leave a bad review we had such a great time in the u.p. and it…read morewas nice to use the cabin as a warm spot to sleep. first we were woken up at 3am to what I would assume I'd thier water heater making the loudest most alarming noise. this water heater is in the closet of the bedroom you sleep in 2 feet from the top of the bed. I think now it's the cleaning schedule they have for it Maybe to run in the middle of the night while you have renters. then the day we leave after going through thier check out list multiple times which is to basically clean the house for the house keepers so they dont have to pay them. they message us stating there was a dog there and we now owe them more money. I have picture, gps, and video proof all my animals were at home being cared for. if there was any dog hair from us it fell of our clothes and was absolutely minimal. we have huskies and st Bernard's they shed alot even with fresh cleaned clothes there is a small amount of hair on my clothes and we were there for a week. it is entirely possible a few dog hairs fell off our clothes but not nearly as much as my own post partum hair I bet. if you have animals I don't suggest staying with them or they will attempt to charge you more if they find a dog hair.
