The receptionists are friendly, and the lobby is small. Receptionists were always prompt about giving me at least 48 hours notice of my appointment time which I really appreciated. Dr. Vorperian is kind, but he's not warm - he's very direct which I could understand why patients might find him off-putting. However, I never felt he was unprofessional, mean, or anything else besides helpful. He provided me with relief and set up a temporary crown for an eventual permanent crown. The entire process took about two months, but that was only because my insurance needed to approve it, not the office. Overall, I had a positive experience. While going to the dentist can be intimidating, Dr. Vorperian and his staff took excellent care of me when I needed it most, and I am very grateful.

He makes sure you understand exactly what's being done and why, and throughout all of my visits I've never felt a single bit of discomfort. His work is truly top notch precise, clean, and done with real care. I've been to multiple dental offices over the years, and many of them charge way too much. What I appreciate about this office is that the pricing is fair for the high quality work you're receiving. I'm not saying it's the cheapest place out there, but it's absolutely fair and in my experience, well worth it. The online reviews did not align with the care and service I personally received, which raised questions for me about their authenticity. My interaction with the front office staff was particularly disappointing. Rather than addressing concerns respectfully, I felt pressured and spoken to in a way that seemed dismissive and misleading. One staff member at the front desk, an older woman with curly hair, was especially unsympathetic and came across as rude, which made an already uncomfortable situation worse. Overall, I did not feel that patient concerns were handled with honesty or care. Quality customer service and trust are essential in a medical setting, and unfortunately, this office fell short in both areas. I hope the practice takes steps to improve professionalism, communication, and patient care moving forward. STAY AWAY!!

I thought I'd give it a go since it had fairly good reviews and I also had a broken filling that needed fixing. First impressions were not great, the place is extremely outdated, and it was so hot in there!! I came in and filled out the paperwork. The dental assistant seated me and took X-rays. The doctor comes in and examines my teeth/gums with her mirror and begins to question me about how often I floss. Proceeds to recommend a special gum cleanse (hasn't even been 6 months since my last check up/cleaning). She leaves and tells me her front desk lady will come in and quote me. At this point, I'm confused because after looking at my X-rays and teeth, she didn't catch the giant hole in my tooth?? Not only that, but not once was I asked by anyone the reason for my visit. The front desk lady comes in and quotes me $40 today for gum cleansing. Seems to me that they're looking for easy money. I display my frustration and tell her no, I'm here because I have a broken filling that I want to get fixed, even though I wrote down that I have a broken filling on paper before being called inside. She called the doctor back in, and she examined my teeth again, saying she didn't see it. I was quoted, a few days later, I called to get statements printed for the procedure, but their printer was broken and I would be receiving it in the mail. Never received anything. Clearly, they do not care about their patients. Will not be returning.

OK, I used the referral they gave me (they had no Endo on staff) and in July got the work done. Went back to Burbank location to proceed, told me my dentist was no longer there. No other female dentists at Burbank. I said fine I checked around and found thie Reseda location, so in Oct 2023 I went there and had the crowns done on 19 & 20. No problem - until they started sending me bills for $730 !!! Long story short(er ) seems Burbank had gone ahead and billed Delta Dental for the 19 & 20 crowns they never did (and got paid) so when Reseda billed they were denied as it exceeded my 'plan benefit' I went back and forth with the office/billing staff at both locations for 2 months being told its a corporate issue, they would straighten it out, don't worry, then finally telling me it was straightened out. So now in March 2026 I get a a letter from a debt collector stating I owe them $730!!! Note: The actual work done at the Reseda location was fine. The whole issue started with Burbank office staff, but was made worse when Reseda location AFTER knowing full well the whole story (and claiming it was all worked out!) then turns the matter over to a collection agency 2 years later!!!
