It lifted the cover off and chopped up and mangled the wires inside. It was a real mess. Garden Time really helped us out. They squeezed us into their busy schedule closing down systems for the winter for their regular customers. The Garden Time representative was unsure if he could help us out when he saw the state of the control box, but he was persistent. He figured the puzzle out and got all stations going again. I was anxious to blow out the sprinklers before the imminent freeze. The price was quite reasonable. I know who I will call if I need service in the future.

He did not knock on the door to ask permission or let us know what was going on. When confronted about hitting a cable line he replied "no I didnt hit it, I disconnected it". I told him that is not ok and I wanted my service reconnected immediately, he argued and bullied me saying he will take as long as he wants to reconnect it. I asked him for a business card to formally complain. He said he didnt have a card and told me to "take a picture of my truck, who are you going to complain to? I am the owner." Then said he would return my services when he was ready and since I complained he wasn't in a hurry to do it. After a call to Spectrum, I confirmed that NO ONE is permitted to open that box and disconnect wires. Then a call to the Building Department to confirm that he did not get a permit to do the work. He plays fast and loose with building codes hoping to get in and out before anyone notices. He is unprofessional and thinks he is entitled to do anything to other neighboring properties if it makes his work easier. He bullies women - holding my cable/internet/phone hostage because I complained to him. This is all documented with Spectrum and Town Building Department.

We agreed on this scope of work with a handshake, but unfortunately, the company did not fulfill their promises. Instead of installing a new system as we agreed, they just made repairs to my old system. Despite me clearly stating that I wanted a new system because I had recently filled my yard and needed reliable irrigation, they went ahead and "fixed" the old system. This led to numerous issues. I've had to contact them almost 30 times for various problems that kept arising. Each time, they came to fix one problem, another would crop up the next day. The most recent incident was last week when they supposedly fixed another issue, only for the same problem to reoccur next day. When I called them today, they refused to come back to fix it. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver on their promises have been extremely frustrating. I cannot recommend let it rain based on my experience. Beware of this company if you are looking for reliable and honest service. ---

The pressure was stabilized, broken heads replaced and the system optimized. The technician even moved one of the sprinkler heads because it wasn't in an optimal place. Bruce, the owner, came out on a Sunday morning personally to fix my problems and make repairs. He went above and beyond. Thank you Bruce !!! If you try them once, believe me, you will see the difference. It takes someone with technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and fix things---especially irrigation.
