Went in for a simple oil change and was charged $43 which was supposed to include the oil filter. Soon after leaving (within 30min) the indicator light on the car said oil level was too high, Took the vehicle to Meinicke the next day to have them inspect it. They showed me the oil and oil filter, neither of which had been changed! All they did was add oil on top of what was already there! Went back today To show them documentation and pictures from what they had found at Meinicke and they were very dismissive and refused to refund. They will be reported to the credit card company for fraud and also to the better business bureau. These people should be put out of business! These are the kind of folks that give mechanics a bad name.

Edit to add: Since the owner is trying to cover for herself with false information.... I called three times, from two different numbers. Two calls were 23 mins apart and one was almost an hour after. So, if the owner was really so busy "doing her job", I think she could have called me back. Don't say you're a 24/7 service if you're not. That simple. She did not answer ANY of my calls so I'm not sure where the 1 out of 2 came from? Anyways, we went with a more reliable local provider who was very generous and understanding of our needs.

if I could give less stars I would. I brought the truck in to get an idle fluctuation fixed. After…read more2 weeks replaced a part. That didn't fix the problem, so they wanted to do more work. Weeks of no communication and me having to continuously call to try to get someone on the phone to give me info. I was told they are still trying to find the problem. after 3 months of very little and difficult to have communication, I was told that they couldn't figure it out and for me to come get it and just pay for the part. that was fine until I got there to get the truck. they had it sitting out back for so long that the battery (less than a year old) was dead and there were so many leaves on it I couldn't see the bed liner. The truck barely ran when i got which is 10x worse than when I gave it to them. Also, to top things off it appears that someone use the tailgate as a cutting board, because it has a ton of gouges in it. basically after 3 months of no communication I got my truck back with a dead battery, running way worse, gouges in my tailgate, and still had to pay them. if i had the choice of setting the truck on fire or let them work on it id choose the fire. the truck wouldn't be drivable either way but at least the fire would be faster
