The return rep said we normally don't take measurements....I'm sorry....I'm trustworthy..Oh right and after waiting nearly a month (yes we were told a week) an item was missing and if I hadn't collected my thoughts I would've walked out with a store credit on my acct. The return rep said oh yes I see you have a store credit....I only told her a half dozen times I will never be back. That would've been an additional 17.46 for them. It's not kitchen floors at least a half an inch to 3/4 of an inch higher he put a transition there which at the time I thought it was OK but it failed within a year I called. He came out the first time said he needed some equipment. He'll be back to fix it. Called numerous times. The gentleman never came back or returned the phone calls, and texts just be aware of that. Currently unfinished and now I have to go out and hire someone else to complete the job.
