I chose Midwest because they had the lowest bid, but had I know the quality was going to be this poor I would have went with another company.

In fact, nothing was communicated whatsoever between 11/24 and 12/5 when I called back at 10:15 a.m. to figure out what was going on. I was told that no ticket had ever been made for me. The gentleman told me that he would look into it and give me a call back. Nobody ever called me back. At this point I am a little frustrated. I call back today, Monday 12/8 and I am told that I am on the list and I should hear from someone any day. All I said was that I was frustrated that communication had not been better, because the ball had already been dropped once and I was left in the dark all weekend about what my status was or if I even had a ticket now. The man said, "Okay. Well thanks for calling" and hung up on me. I called back and the phone went to voicemail twice. They did call me back. I said, I would like to cancel my service and without even asking my name, they said okay and hung up on me again. I'm pregnant and trying to move across state and doing my best to get my house ready to sell and now I'm crying over my broken window because the employees at this business wasted almost two weeks of my time and then didn't even have the decency to be professional and understanding. If you want professionalism and decency, take your money somewhere else because these guys to not care in the slightest.

We ordered full screens but half screens came in so we have those in right now until the correct ones are delivered. BIG shout out to Zack and Greg who installed them! They did a fabulous job, very professional. I just cant stop looking at them. My dog likes the storm door that opens either at top or bottom so he can look outside. I would definitely recommend this company if you need new windows and doors! Update: the window screens that were installed were not the full screens we ordered. They were supposedly reordered the day of installation, June, and its 4 months later and we STILL do not have them. We are constantly calling and getting one excuse after another from the owner. Really like the windows and doors but customer service is not good at all. Will not recommend this company for this reason alone.

We worked tirelessly with a couple other contractors before Jeremy the owner of Copper Creek stepped in. Not only was Jeremy knowledgeable and easy to work with, he was patient in working with our Insurance company and getting our entire roof replaced. His professionalism showed through the whole process. The roof we had put on was not a simple slap on and go on your way. Our roof had lots of peaks and valleys and presented many obstacles in working with a new product. Jeremy and his crew made sure every detail was taken care of. The work cite each day was cleaned up. We are extremely pleased with our beautiful roof and we recommend Copper Creek to everyone!!
