They not only booked our hotel stays but also coordinated the transportation to and from the airports, booked dinner reservations and recommended great activities. Matt and I did not have to lift a finger the entire trip. The hotels were all incredible. They also had restaurant recommendations for the days we did not have set plans for and all the options were amazing, without breaking the bank. They did a really great job customizing the itenierary to match what we wanted to do. If you're looking for a trip of a lifetime, please don't waste your time talking to any other travel agents. I was eager and ready to book an itinerary with Bru Med and just wanted a better understanding on pricing for my package, since after all it IS my HARD EARNED money that I am using and hoped that Bru Med could help me gain that understanding so that I could feel comfortable with the money spent on this package, however it did not turn out that way. By law, we are entitled to this information, so Rosy: educate yourself please, ignorance is sad in a land of opportunity. Advice, if you're from another country and working here in the states, acclimate to the culture and the caliber of service and attention required to treat and KEEP clients. Overall an excellent experience dealing with the BruMed Staff. Highly recommend their services.
