Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. He arrived wearing a mask, maintained a safe social distance while he surveyed the damage, explained what he was going to do, answered our questions and got to work. It proved slightly more difficult than expected and after conferring with his office they came up with a plan B, which he implemented and after a few hours our leaks were sealed. I waited several days after a couple of rainstorms and there were no leaks. We are 100% satisfied. A-1 was professional, competent and were not going to leave until the leaks were repaired.
