After a brief conversation so both sides understood the issue we scheduled a date and time for the work to be done. The technician text'd us 30 minutes before his arrival and was right on time. He arrived wearing a mask, maintained a safe social distance while he surveyed the damage, explained what he was going to do, answered our questions and got to work. It proved slightly more difficult than expected and after conferring with his office they came up with a plan B, which he implemented and after a few hours our leaks were sealed. I waited several days after a couple of rainstorms and there were no leaks. We are 100% satisfied. A-1 was professional, competent and were not going to leave until the leaks were repaired.
