First of all, the manager there shouldn't manage any type of business where he has to be in contact with the customers !! I rented a piece of equipment and the tire went flat one hour after starting my project. This was not caused by miss use or negligence. So when returning it, I asked for a credit to rent the same equipment the following weekend. I was told that the only way I could be credited is if I took the equipment that day only. So long story short, I got charged for the full rental of the skid steer and a compactor and the trailer. a $600 lesson on what company is honest and which has a unprofessional piece for a manager? They will lose out of probably 5-10k over the next five years from me! and a few contractors I know that had issues with the management long before my issue have already, or considered not using their services anymore!

They just had a cancellation and a 2 o'clock they sent over Brian and Kenney. we also needed a washer and dryer from our garage, moved into our laundry room and the ones that were there moved into the garage. Both men were extremely respectful, conscientious, kind and did a great job in a very short amount of time.
