Instead, Josh missed a few times during a month, and when I called him out on it, he simply said he was out of town during the weekend. He stopped answering my calls or returning voicemails. He also was incredibly arrogant and rude to me. In addition, while plowing my drive he knocked over my snow sticks...which isn't that big of a deal, but he then just left them and didn't bother to get out and pick them up. He also would pile up snow on my neighbor's sidewalks. Needless to say I won't be going back. I'm not accustomed to such arrogance, disrespect, and laziness out of a Yooper. I think Josh is a capable guy, but his customer service skills need improvement. And honestly, my parents were looking to find someone in the area for work...so he lost out on a much bigger job by messing this up.

What I really love is that I have a four seasons, maintenance partner, especially when it comes to maintaining a long, steep rural driveway in a difficult climate. They have cleaned up giant trees that have fallen, installed drainage, done driveway maintenance, installed fencing, snowplowed and mowed.
