All Uniform Wear supplies uniforms for a few schools and yet I only found two logo long sleeve shirts in my grandson's size ...both were yellow...so I will have to make another trip. On a side note...the yellow shirts were identical but one was priced a dollar more. I had better luck with the pants. The floor staff was very helpful and super friendly. Everyone was smiling. I had to wait a short time for the school logo to be embroidered on the pants but I was grateful that they did it on the spot. read more

They don't carry enough stock. A lot of things are back ordered and you can't preorder for pickup. Especially when it comes to elementary school kids sizes. They need to understand that those sizes are for NEW school kids so those would always need to be stocked. When kids get older, they can reuse their current sizes until they grow out of it... I have read a lot of complaints about this location and actually held up going to it because of all the horrible reviews. When I have gone in there has never been a long wait time in line. It took awhile to get exactly what I wanted put on my Chef uniforms. Our logo was already there so no problems with the logo on the front of my chef coat. I asked if they could just put the S part of the logo on my sleeve. The S logo is encircled with dashes all around it. I showed them on my shirt logo exactly what I was talking about. I even drew a picture of the S logo where they attached it to my sleeve where I wanted them placed. I asked if they could embroider the American flag and the German flag on my Chef coat cuffs. They said they were not capable of doing that. I had to pay before I had picked them up. I'd read a bunch of reviews saying that it took forever to get the embroidery items back. I had 12 Chef coats done and I picked them up 6 days later. Everything was perfect except for the S logo on my shirt sleeve. It was a plain S and not the logo S I'd asked for, drew, and showed on my shirt logo I wanted them to do. They told me that they could not put the S logo I had asked for on my sleeve as it was part of the full logo. However I just got a call saying that they could put the Logo S on my new shirts I'd just dropped off. I had also purchased the flags I'd asked them to embroider and when I went to pick them up I asked if they could sew the flags onto my cuffs. They said the machine that did that was broken and they were not able to do it. They suggested I go to another store that did alterations to have that done. Not a bad experience but not an overall great experience either. Employees were very nice and helpful so kudos on that. Never saw or heard from anyone in management. Never asked to see a manager either. I'll continue to go there and the main reason is that they currently are the only place that has our Logo. read more

Terrible doesn't begin to describe this place, poor customer service seems to be the best training the employees recieve, nobody has a clue as to what is happening, ordered uniforms for my daughter that where supposed to be delivered to the school when I was called by the school and I arrived to pick up it was uniforms for a totally different school not even my kids uniforms, I called the store about 25xs before finally getting some clown by the name of DEL SOL on the phone who didn't know the difference between his head and his ass was more lost than a needle in a hay stack, after having a pointless conversation with him because he had no clue what he was doing I had enough drove to this terrible store which is almost 40 minutes away and was told uniforms where not even ready with 3 days before school started and where ordered almost a month before, my daughter started school with school shirts and no school pants had to wear normal pants I Had to purchase at Walmart, FAST FORWARD to today 2nd day of school and over a month and 2wks since we ordered I decided to call store as I haven't heard from them and after calling another 25xs the idiot that answers says "IT SHOULD BE READY" so I asked him to make sure as I don't want to drive 40 mins for no reason, he comes back on and says "YES ITS READY" so I basically asked if they where ever going to call or if we where supposed to communicate telepathically, he gave me the old "I WAS JUST ABOUT TO CALL" plain terrible but not surprised as we had the same issue at they're store in Miami where we lived before. Calling corporate is just as pointless they don't answer and never return calls. EDIT: 2nd year in a row and nothing has changed ordered uniforms again way ahead of time and still have not received them, you call the store and no answer, you show up to the store and nobody has a clue as to what's going on, finally some guy that looked like he crawled out from under a rock says my uniforms are on the bus at the school, I DIDNT ORDER AT THE BUS I ORDERED AT THE STORE, he said well it's on the bus and when I asked who was going to call me and notify me, he looked like a deer in the headlights, plain TERRIBLE! Edit#2: my wife drives to the school today and uniforms are not there, I am now driving back to the store to possibly waste my time again! Placed a special order 7/18 and was told 7 days for these items to be in. No call from anyone there yet and can not get anyone there to answer the phone or return a call and it's now 8/2. I have a feeling my child will not have uniform tops for her first day of school even though I've paid for them. Had the same experience last school year with skirts. They weren't great when we started having to deal with them 4 years ago and are much worse now. Totally disorganized is an understatement. August 8th, the mobile store at the school didn't have khaki shorts, only navy blue. They told me they had them in stock at the brick and mortar store and would have someone bring them to the mobile unit the following day. I was told I would receive a text when I could pick them up. Never received a text. Attempted to follow up by phone numerous times, leaving several voicemail messages. No call back. We ended up going back to the mobile unit (which was only open (9AM-3PM Monday-Friday so it was very difficult to get to because I work). They said the khaki was totally out of stock at the main store as well and they would call me when they came in. Please keep in mind that I pre-paid for them and this was before the school year began. Never received a call. School started and my son had to wear the small shorts from last year. Another week went by. I got an email saying they were ready for pickup at the main store. Went to pick them up and was told that they were mailed. No one had asked me for my address. They had an address on file from 4 years ago that was no longer current. They said they didn't have them in stock again so they would send them to my current address. They never arrived. 2 more weeks go by. I called the store. I was told they were never sent out at all - not to my current or my previous address. ??? The associate told me that they are sitting at the main store and are ready for pickup. Today is September 2nd. It's been nearly a full month since I paid for these shorts. Wish me luck for when I go to pick them up tomorrow. At this point I have zero confidence that they will actually be there. read more

The store is a mess. They didn't have anything that was needed for my kids school. Was able to figure out sizes to order online. Once ordered it said 7-10 business days until shipping. We are past the 10 business days. I have tried calling the orlando number and the corporate number nobody answers the phone. No body responds to email. At this point I am ready to file a report but we need the clothes for school. So what do we do???? I attempted to call another store in another location. They answered the phone. THE 5 STAR REVIEW IS FAKE!!!! I have ordered my uniforms and other necessary items for school from here and they keep telling me its coming in x amount of weeks. Everytime I return to pick up after x amount of weeks they say it's still coming, they haven't heard anything or they have placed a note. School starts in a few days and I still don't have all my orders. They had emailed me before that my orders arrived but when I came by they only had one incomplete order, they lost one and they don't have the rest. Seriously, how long does it take for orders to come in? These people need basic training on how to handle orders and organization. I made my orders MID NOVEMBER and I STILL DON'T HAVE EVERYTHING. Easily could've ordered everything off Amazon or another store and would not have to worry by now, but since my school likes to partner up with a garbage company and requires special orders I am now stuck waiting. -10/10 this place is garbage P.S. the supposed 5 star review is fake. I visited the Florida Mall location, and have never been so humiliated--and by the so called "manager" herself! I had already paid for everything, I was about to leave, and out of the blue, the passing by "manager" noticed I brought in some Gap polos to embroider, and she told me that could not bring in outside polos to embroider!!!! I explained that this was my 4th year doing that, in that specific location, and NEVER had had a problem with it at all!!! I understand that stores have to follow their policies, however, the customer is always right, and if you're providing a service, and you make a mistake, you need to live up to your mistake--and not make the customer pay for it--literally! And this is the cherry on the top: They DID charged my credit card, even though they did not provide me their service! I can't not even believe it!!! Go to another place if you can, or if you absolutely need to go in there, go in. Don't look at anyone in the eye. And get out as fast as you can! read more

Today is December 2, 2019 I have purchased simply 1 hat from the all uniform wear store on November 1 ,2019. I have came by the store 3 times already to hear three different excuses on why the hat I paid for isn't ready for pickup. At this point I have spent more gas money stopping by the store to check in on the order. I have tried calling customer service and no one has picked up or yet to return my call. You can tell they don't care they are there only to collect a pay check. I asked for a refund and they had the audacity to tell me they don't do refunds. I will never bother to go to this store again. They didn't have my size (small) so I had to order them in the store and pay to have them sent to my house. They sent the wrong size and their ability to communicate with a customer did not exist and I didn't end up getting my correct uniform for about a month. When I called I found the employee to be extremely rude and she argued with me which I did not appreciate, your mistake, fix it. They've moved to a larger location right by where the old store was and it is very clean and organized. I was helped by Diana and she was amazing! She helped my friend and me find our uniforms for school and she was very knowledgeable about which uniforms we would need as they've recently changed. Even though they didn't have the sizes we needed in the correct color she found some of another color for us to try on so we'd be sure to order the correct one. I would give this place zero stars if possible. The employees demonstrate the worst customer service possible. I went there three times due their affiliation with my school and each time the ladies were rude and nasty. When I inquired about having a patch placed on my scrub top the response was, "sometime next week." I ended up placing an online order and never received a shipping notification or a shipping invoice when the package came a week later. I needed to return the pants and they would not refund me at the store although there is a statement on the store website that states that it is possible. This store, AND ENTIRE company is garbage!!! I ordered my son's school shorts from the school when uniform wear came there. 2 1/2 weeks later, the shorts which were to be embroidered were not returned. No one answers the phone. When someone did, they told me their store was really messy, and they had to find the shorts, and then call me the next day. NO CALL. I called about 50 times, and no answer. Called corporate customer service multiple times and FINALLY talked to Gypsy. She then calls me back to tell me I could drive an hour to pick the shorts up, or have them shipped, but they would not be at my house in time. I told her I was told they would be brought to the school by Friday. She said she would call me back, because a van was coming to the school, and NO CALL BACK. When I tried calling the store, store rep, and her again (MULTIPLE TIMES) no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Literally the worst uniform store I have ever had to buy clothes from, and hate the fit of the shorts too. I visited the store numerous times and they still do not have the appropriate uniforms in stock. Check your prices because they will overcharge you.
