Christian told me he will take care of the ticket himself personally (which was a requirement for me) but after taking the payment, he stopped answering calls and sent a rookie agent who screwed it up for me. I got convicted for a ticket I was not guilty of. Not even reduced. Then when I confronted him post trial, he told me it's my fault and I shouldn't be committing infractions on the road. That's how your representative is supposed to treat you ? I don't think it would be in their ethics code, if they had one. I have no reason to lie about not being guilty (especially now since it's been years) but he took my money and it cost me thousands more in insurance payments because of the conviction. They laughed at me and the "agent". My previous review was taken down because he complained. Obviously he doesn't want negative reviews. He claimed I did not have any experience with him. Before I decided on hiring Christian from All Traffic Tickets, I read a lot of reviews about these traffic ticket lawyers and got the impression that most of them do a mediocre job at best. But the reviews for ATT were generally quite positive, so I took a chance and hired them. I had a received a careless driving charge, which if convicted, would have ruined me. I got a ticket for careless driving after a fender bender and couldn't make it back to Ontario for a trial so I hired these guys. They made it clear that they would aim to have the charges dropped and if that failed the next best option was to have a small fine and 2 points.
