I took her to Bay Side Tint and the owner came right out to take a look. He saw the old tint was peeling already so he was able to remove and replace right away. Didn't have to wait long for him to work on it! A coworker wanted to tint her Toyota 4Runner so I sent her to Bay Side. She loved her tinting! She went with the darker tint and it looked so good! A visit to R&R for a paintless dent removal quote from the company hailstone PDR out of Killeen, TX resulted in my decision to get another quote from another paintless dent removal company. I elected to go with the other company who are local and more reputable. Fast forward a month and Steve from hailstone PDR shows up at my house and immediately gets belligerent about me opting to go with someone else. So I called R&R about the shocking offensive attack by Steve with hailstone PDR and astonishingly, R&R defended his actions. Obviously, there is money being exchanged between the two in order to keep both so-called companies right-side up. Just thought I would share, so you know what your are dealing with at R&R. I've been sitting here an additional two hours then his original time frame. Don't tell people a time you can't finish in. Update: I had to take the car back because there was air bubbles on all the windows and a scratch mark. He said the scratch wasnt his but now with the new tint I now have another scratch on a different window. And there is still air bubbles everywhere

Called around lunch time (12:00) and said they had immediate availability so I drove 1 minute across the street to drop it off. E92 M3 carbon fiber roof re-clear!…read more It was very difficult to find a shop even willing to take on the task of working on carbon fiber... the other shops would only quote replacing the roof rather than repairing it as it is very easy to damage carbon fiber weave when sanding and any damage is very noticeable. Donny's took on the job of clear coating the carbon fiber roof. I dropped the car off Monday and picked it up on Friday... also they repainted the front bumper and the side panel that a different local shop did a terrible job painting. Donny's did excellent work and they even washed the whole car. I have had only bad experiences with paint and body shops prior to this and would highly recommend Donny's. I don't know what other shops charge but it didn't break the bank and definitely saved me a ton of money not having to replace the roof. Also I just realized that I am the reviewer from 14+ years ago with the Nissan 350Z haha! (The picture shows the roof without trim which is how I brought the car to them) Thanks guys!

On the re commendation of a friend I entrusted my 996 to Donny's for some paintwork. What an…read moreatrocious customer service experience. I was clear that I wanted a decent job but not show level. What I received was less than base level acceptable with hard edges to the paintwork and paint on the seals for windshield (f and r) and the sunroof seal. I also had chipped clear coat around the sunroof. On showing this to the shop they insisted that they could do nothing unless (at my expense) they removed the glass and sunroof and reshot the panels : this despite the fact that on this car the seals are all removable without glass removal and sunroof removal takes all of 10 minutes. When. Challenged they simply refuse to deal with their mess. Awful.
