M&R fixed our ancient HVAC unit last fall. We replaced our system with a new one last week, and…read morethey worked for us from start to finish, from sourcing a new unit that fit our house's needs and our budget to delivery and installation. We couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful service and our new unit's performance! They worked throughout a chilly day to get us up and running before a winter storm. Our new HVAC system is AWESOME. Our old unit was too small to heat the entire house, and we had to use space heaters to warm our bathrooms up enough to take showers! That's no longer necessary. We're snuggly warm right now and awaiting a snowstorm in comfort. These guys will treat you right. Miguel kept us updated throughout the search-and-order process through install. He sent us an invoice that outlined and explained every step, with an estimate that was right on target. No ugly surprises or ripoffs here! I can't say enough good things about this business. I highly recommend them. Thanks, gentlemen!!!

Went and looked at the unit and within a few minutes he came back and said it needed a certain part which was right at $400. He replaced the part and went on his way. It wasn't cooling still and I texted him Sunday. He told me it was doing all it could do. He did text me later and after I told him the temperature in the house he said he would come look at it again. Only took a few minutes to say the unit needed to be replaced. When he found out I was getting a second opinion his attitude changed. Come to find out the coil needed to be cleaned out and it needed freon. So it costed a total of $555 for a part and service fee that now I am not sure it was even needed. When I tried to leave a review on his business website it was magically deleted.
