Barbie worked at the front desk and was helpful and kind. Have LED candelabra bulbs for my light. One bulb went out about 2-3 years later. At the time I purchased, Barbie had told me these lightbulbs were long lasting. I think 7 or 10 years, if memory serves me correctly. I took burned out bulb to the store and Barbie replaced it. Well, a second one burned out at the beginning of this year (2023). I tried to go up once (it's near my home) and found out store was closed. So, planned to return soon but life/ health issues prevented. 7/27/23: got there today, no Barbie. I explained to a woman at the desk re purchase and needed bulb. And I handed said woman the bulb. She was condescending. First words were: "Well, they (bulbs) don't last forever"! I said that I knew this and what Barbie had said about life of bulb. The woman then said, again in her same tone: "Well , Barbie was wrong". I was a bit perturbed and said to give me the bulb, that I'd go elsewhere to buy one. She mildly protested and said 'no, wait' but at this point, I did not want to do business with her.

Another place told me cuckoo clocks only need cleaning and oiling every 10 years right after I told her my last cuckoo clock wore out after only five years. I took my clock to Bryant and he cleaned and oiled it and ran it for a week to make sure it was keeping good time. So now it's extremely accurate for a cuckoo clock.

What makes this especially great is that the pieces from 2011 still look brand new! They're built like TANKS! Delivery time and installation were quick and uneventful. Quick and uneventful was especially helpful for our third purchase, which was replacement of some items that got damaged unexpectedly.
