She is great. She's been my go to while in Albany and I highly recommend her. As per COVID concerns, she is strict about taking precautions and does not put the thread in her mouth while threading. She wraps it around her neck instead. She offers other services as well (waxing is with a roller not with popsicle sticks). But have only gotten my eyebrows threaded with her. I just want to add that I'm a bit obnoxious and picky about places that I go to, but Reema is truly great. She is the owner and the ONLY one there so you know you'll always get a great job done.

Then the lady tells me she's been working all day and hasn't eaten. At that point they lost my business. Complete lack of professionalism. Clearly were more concerned with closing for the day then providing a service during business hours. And this is the second time this has happened here. Completely disgusted.

What I don't understand is why the guy who had an appointment and was in the chair for over an hour, had more hair cut off than I did, and was a prima Donna and complained a lot, paid LESS than me. I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes. I had no blow dry or product put in my hair (also did not ask for a wash). He paid $19, I was charged $25. Do men get charged less than women?

I had been a customer for quite some time and had not been happy with the quality of work done at…read moreLinda's. They ask that if you're not happy you speak to them prior to leaving the salon, that's difficult to do when the technicians claim that they don't understand what you're saying. I went in for a simple manicure and came out with half done cuticles streaky, bumpy polish, and the nails are so misshapen and that it's not even funny! I gave them another chance by going in today, I won't make that mistake again and I'd recommend that if you're looking for a quality nail salon, look somewhere else. Super disappointed.
