Keysha is the best. She is so friendly and makes you feel comfortable and like a friend during service. I am so picky about my eyebrows and never let anyone else touch them but me but Keysha exceeded my expectations! My brows look so good!! read more

Haven't gotten any other services done, but 100% recommend eyebrow threading! Best place I've been to for it. It's always a fast service even as a walk in. Accurate and as painless as possible too. If you're looking for a new place or even a first ever experience this is the place! 10/10 all the way around.

She is great. She's been my go to while in Albany and I highly recommend her. As per COVID concerns, she is strict about taking precautions and does not put the thread in her mouth while threading. She wraps it around her neck instead. She offers other services as well (waxing is with a roller not with popsicle sticks). But have only gotten my eyebrows threaded with her. I just want to add that I'm a bit obnoxious and picky about places that I go to, but Reema is truly great. She is the owner and the ONLY one there so you know you'll always get a great job done.

I say their hours online say 8pm and they tell me that's googles problem, not theirs. Then I show them the company web site and they proceed to tell me they haven't changed the site yet. Then the lady tells me she's been working all day and hasn't eaten. At that point they lost my business. Complete lack of professionalism. Clearly were more concerned with closing for the day then providing a service during business hours. And this is the second time this has happened here. Completely disgusted.

What I don't understand is why the guy who had an appointment and was in the chair for over an hour, had more hair cut off than I did, and was a prima Donna and complained a lot, paid LESS than me. I was in and out of the chair in 20 minutes. I had no blow dry or product put in my hair (also did not ask for a wash). He paid $19, I was charged $25. Do men get charged less than women?

Now that Gina's schedule is more open, I had the opportunity to snag an appointment and I'm so glad I did! Her online scheduling is extremely convenient, and her website gives a full overview of services with pricing. I went for the ANC manicure, and she was so gentle and easy going. Gina is very concerned with her client's satisfaction with the process and end product, and that end product is very fine. Her attention to detail is exceptional, and the manicure is flawless. It's just the right thickness: enough to provide strength, but not so much as to look clunky. It is perhaps the most natural-looking application I've had, and perfectly even. I will absolutely be returning to her next time.
