Not even a call saying they're still running behind but the haven't forgotten about me. I called back to see what was going on and spoke to Dave again I believe. He was nice on the phone and everything, but he said so much time has went by that he would need to come out and measure again. So that means they never wrote anything down the first time they came out to measure. He also said that he would call me back in the next couple days to set something up. I never heard from anyone ever again so I was forced to go with a different company that actually calls customers back and wants to have business. The whole experience with this company seemed very unprofessional.

I had hand surgery which is why I called for service in the first place but took my time and had the cables re spooled, and the tension set, and the opener chain back on and adjusted in an hour and a half. Never paid more than $200 in the past to have cables rewound and door trued. Maybe this is COVID prices/

Ken (company owner) answered our call the first time we called, gave us a very reasonable quote for labor, came by our house to measure the garage door the next day and had the door installed the day after he measured! He even picked up the door from Menards and took away our old door for no additional cost. His attention to detail was very impressive and he went to great lengths to explain the nuances of the door, opener, sensors, springs, etc. He seemed to genuinely care about our costumer satisfaction and not just getting the job done. Ken's grandson accompanied him on the job. Not really relevant, but it struck me as cool. I highly recommend going to Menards to get your door and have KB install. We got quotes from Lowes, Home Depot, and two local companies and this was BY FAR the cheapest route. Plus, Menards have the doors in stock which is a rarity right now.

I turned back around and saw that the wheels were falling off the rail, and that the door was completely tilted. I called at least 10 garage door companies that said they were 24/7. They aren't the only company that came out was Dover doors and windows out of Pontiac, MI. They said somebody would arrive 90 minutes. Justin showed up ball of energy in a good way.
