I have rented various equipment from them in the past and always had a positive experience. I have…read morefound Daniel to be the most knowledgeable about my projects and always directed me in the best way to get the job done. Over July 4th weekend I rented a concrete grinder and the vacuum at his direction to remove the thinset after the tile removal. I used the grinder as it was designed and only removed approximately 20 sq/ft of thinset before the wedge diamond head inserts wore out. The process was very slow but he let me know that in the beginning as this was an alternative to the chipping blade on the 30 pound hammer which I had just used last weekend to take out the tile. The grinder worked great until one of the blades wore down to nothing. The other 2 still had the diamond circle grinder areas in them. I reached out to them thru their website and left them a message to try and figure out where to get a new set of grinder blades to finish the job. They were closed until Monday bc of the holiday weekend but I tried anyway. I ended up renting another grinder from Lowe's rental and finished the job over the weekend. Monday morning when they opened I was there to return the grinder and vacuum and was met by Daniel. I stated let me help you unload it and he responded "doesn't seem like you are trying to help me at all". I began to try and explain what i went thru and what I could have done/happened. He started screaming and yelling at me calling me a liar and cussing me out in front of other customers. I continued to maintain my composure while attempting to explain to him that I looked for the replacement blades to replaces them and was unable to get them bc of the weekend. He continued to yell and curse me out. He asked " what you want a discount?" I said no not at all. I just wanted to know if the rotary part in the bottom which he refused to let me show him was bent and that's what caused the one pad to wear out and not the others. I truly have never been to treated this bad in my entire life by anyone. In the end he did discount the order 50% which I told him was not necessary, I am not sure why he did that. Completely embarrassing to stand there and be yelled and cursed at in front of other people while trying to work thru an issue with an adult throwing a tantrum. Never had an issue at Lowe's or Home Depot rental. Do yourself a favor and don't do business with these people.

IMPRESSIVE! My…read morehusband and I had pallets of tile delivered to our home . The driver put them in the driveway and not the garage. They were big and heavy. We did not know what to do as it would have taken many hours to unload them by hand. Our tile installer suggested calling A to Z, and we are so thankful. They were incredibly helpful. One of the workers, Dustin actually delivered the jack to us after work and even did the work of putting the pallets into our garage. That was way beyond the call of duty, and we are eternally grateful. If there is ever anything else we need to rent, we hope Dustin and his boys will be there.
