I told Janet what i was looking for but was still quoted the full price for a full/'standard cleaning. The cleaning crew did far more than i expected them to (ran my dishwasher and put away dishes, washed the sheets on my bed etc.) but for the price I guess they should have. I will most likely use this service again. The house looked great and the ladies even left me a nice note. The only drawback would be it's a little expensive.

All I needed was a sink, faucet, and disposal replaced. Initially I was told it would only take…read moreabout 1 or 1 1/2 days and they had someone to do it. I received a bill the next day (which I paid) but it was not actually half of what was quoted, it was less. Hmmm. That's where it all started. I had to constantly call them to see when they would put me on their schedule. I got many reasons why they couldn't get to me. Finally they sent a new project manager to me and he took photos and told me the job was no problem. I asked him to send me at least two options for a new sink and faucet. But all I got was one for each. A week later, I still don't know when they would start work. Then I was told that I would have to order the disposal myself and that they would install it for free! What? This was because the guy who billed me did not include the disposal in my invoice. Weeks later, the contractor team finally came to install the sink and faucet; one did not speak English and the other could barely speak English. They removed the old sink/faucet and started to install the new ones. They told me there was a problem. What? There was not a hose for the faucet sprayer. So, I gave them the address to the local hardware store and they were gone for 2 hours. Then the project manager called to say he would have to special order the hose. When the contractor came back to put the faucet in, they told me they had good news, they found the hose! It was with the sink parts. Great! They installed the faucet and sprayer (although it was installed crooked). Then they attached the disposal to the sink before dry fitting it. So once they tried to put the sink in, they told me it was 1 inch too small. I told them to take it back and order another one. But since they had already attached the disposal it could not be returned. But they said they could "make it work." Once completed, the guy told me that it "looked okay to him." But it was not to my liking. There were gaps that were not addressed and they didn't paint the trim. So the project manager came back to work on it further himself (which he said was something they didn't like for him to do). It was better, but even so, my husband will still have to fill in spaces on each side where the silicone shrank. Then... they continued to contact me for the final payment. Seems you pay them and they take their time doing the job. But you don't pay them immediately and they get in your face. Oh well. Finally after 9 WEEKS, I have a new sink installed.

Ted was able to get to me the next day and completed the job. My portable dryer was trying to fall…read moreoff the wall due to a mistake made by someone else. Ted determined what the problem was and gave me a good price. Ted stayed in contact with me from start to finish and he did a perfect job. Due to the weight of the dryer his lovely wife helped remount the 80lb appliance to the wall. No mess was made, nothing got broken, and his wife even wiped up the counters and floor when they were done. It was truly refreshing to find people who stand by their word and quoted price.
