Jet boat and jet ski owners BEWARE. Dropped off our ar192 three weeks ago on a Wednesday, 6/26. Was told we would hear no later than Monday. That next week went by, nothing. Another week went by, nothing. Finally heard back on Friday 7/12 and said it may be one of two things and he would have to take another few hours to complete the diagnosis. Monday rolls around , no update. Now here's the kicker: We call Tuesday to get an update and you can imagine we are frustrated at the length of time he's had the boat...wife says he will get to it at the end of the week. Ten minutes later, calls and SCREAMS AND CURSES (f bombs, etc) , threatens to leave our boat out on the street or put under a tree and if we didn't pick up by the next day that he'd put it out under the worst tree in the back and charge us $50/ day until it was picked up. I'm baffled beyond words how he's in business if he treats his customers this way. We have been more than patient. Threatening customers, cussing and then hanging up is extremely unprofessional. read more

I was charged for a tool they didn't have ( and it wasn't given to me) also charged me for issues that I didn't have when given to them. (damaged wiring while working and charged me time and parts) they left my jet ski in rain allowing water in spark plug hole getting water on pistons. they talked nice but screw you when time to bill read more

Oh what a joy to find a repair shop that under promises and over delivers. I bought a used boat, motor and trailer here and we agreed on certain things to be done before delivery. I bought my boat to All Source Marine because my engine was not running on all cylinders. They said it was fixed, and I paid them for the repairs, however I had to take it back to them a few more times to continue to work on the motor. The motor was never fully repaired. We took the boat out in July and the overheat alarm came on. I brought it back again to All Source five days later picked it up and paid them more money. A week later took the boat out to test it and again the overheat alarm came on, again. I brought it back, once again the last day in July. I followed up with him every few days to find out when the boat would be ready to pick up, then nearly 10 days later they called me and said they can't work on my boat when I'm calling and texting all the time and asked me to come pick up my boat, then hung up on me. My boat STILL overheats and doesn't work properly, I've paid them nearly $2,300 and have to take it to another mechanic. I was very disappointed that they didn't finish the job. Further, they offered a 60 day warranty and the boat was complete May 25. The boat began acting up again July 23, it was still under warranty that they did not honor. read more

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS FRAUD ALERT. I called Mike on Feb 20, 2020 to schedule to have him do routine maint on my Tohatsu 20HP. I am on a sailboat and do not have transportation so I asked Mike if he could pick it up. He said "yes we have a mobile service and there's no charge" He had John pick up the motor on Feb 21, 2020. I texted Mike on the 23rd to see when he might have it done. He replied that they we just finishing up and John would drop it off tomorrow. The bill came to 453 for gen maint: oil, filter impeller and a new wire. John brought the motor back late the next evening. Since it was dark there was not time to do a proper test so I mounted the motor onto the boat and the boat onto the davits. I had to fly out the next day so the first opportunity to test it was about 6 weeks later. The motor would not engage. I left Mike a couple of texts and he replied he was too busy to come get it and he would take care of it the next time I was in town. OK no big deal right. WRONG. The next time I was in town I called him and he literally flew off the handle. Claims he never serviced my motor. Sent me a receipt/invoice from 2017, which he did do service then also. Says he did not work on my motor. Even after I sent him copies of all of the texts he denies working on my motor. When I questioned him about the cc charge he denies ever charging my card. This guy is rude, unprofessional, irresponsible and completely unethical. I think this is why he got kicked out of one of the big marinas on Riberia st. When I tell him I am going to have the charges reversed on the CC he says "well if you bring me the motor I will fix it." Yeah like I m gonna take it back to him only to have him hold it hostage for more money. This guy is a crook. There are plenty of reputable shops on St. Augustine, he is simply no one of them.
