I asked him to wear a mask (covid obviously) and he refused, he left without installing my shutters for which I paid several thousand dollars for! He was unprofessional, rude and complained that he gets "sh-t from the schedulers and sh-t from the customers" while he was leaving. Now I have to reschedule another time slot for installation after waiting 4 1/2 months.

My brother got new carpet from Kevin and the installer took the old( but new) carpet over to the neighbors and only charged them to install it and paid him. He wanted to charge them for the padding my brother paid for but didn't use because his old was better but my brother reminded him it was already paid for.
