The staff is amazing and knowledgeable I explained the bird nesting issues, and how I've definitely stitch over 20,000 stitches past needed service. I was informed by stitches with felt fabric and using can air I was pushing all that debris inside the machine impacting it he lubricant. I'm grateful to know my machine is in great hands. They have a very nice selection of fabrics, needles, threads, and other useful items for quilting,…read moreembroidering, and sewing in general. They have sales quite often. They also offer classes for quilting (beginner, intermediate, or advanced), embroidery, and some others that I am not familiar with. If you don't see a fabric, you can always talk to the owner and most times she is able to order it for you! Everyone is always so polite and patient (I never know what I want and they help me to pick out nice colors).

They have bad-for-the-environment options like batiks; lots of oversized quilt-backing fabrics; 50+ kinds of white; whole rows of patriotic fabrics, (if that's what you're into) and whole rows of Christmas, Halloween, 'fall,' etc; literally thousands of patterns.
