We got married at All Saints Chapel just a few months ago, and while the venue itself was breathtaking and exactly what we were looking for, the management of the venue nearly ruined our big day.
From the start, the venue coordinator was difficult to work with, failing to return calls/emails, forgetting details already discussed, and arriving late to meetings we'd driven two hours for. On our big day, he arrived late, causing our entire time schedule to pushed back. He never put out the food we discussed and paid for, played the wrong music as we walked down the aisle, refused to execute parts of the event that were discussed in detail prior to the wedding, and abruptly kicked guests out of the venue 30 minutes earlier than the hire stated.
The photos turned out amazing, guests loved the ambiance, and the look was precisely what we envisioned. Sadly, this stunning space is being sabotaged by a manager that clearly belongs in another profession. read more
