We were quoted for carpet and they were competitive on price. The installers were very professional and two of the hardest, conscientious people I've met.. we wanted to evaluate them with carpet before doing laminate in rest of house. Also, since they both were military veterans I always look to give them more opportunities. I am going to specifically ask for troy, who did my carpet install. The carpet was installed well. DO NOT use this company! Unprofessional, rude and they have no time for their customers. Matt came…read moreto my home to measure and take notes on all doors needed for the project, sent the quote and we made a handful of adjustments, the quote was paid in full. Over time on the project, questions arose from the door installer (whom has been in the business for 30 years) like any other renovation and Matt was "too busy" and "didn't have time for back and forth" to answer questions with thoroughness nor attention to the project. Attached are several occasions where I just simply asked for a call and/or onsite visit and was told he was too busy. A call alone would have sufficed but they cannot even pick up the phone and call customers who are looking for clarification. I have called the office multiple times to speak to someone regarding the project and receive no calls back, I added one door to the project yet I'm being charged for multiple doors that should have arrived and been on the original invoice and I am STILL missing doors. When trying to get clarification on missing doors, Matt's response is "I'm pretending to know what I'm doing" and yet again, doesn't have time when I'm simply looking to him for guidance and answers. The amount of time he spent writing me dismissive emails he could have answered my questions in 15 seconds on the phone. Save yourself time, money, and headache and use a different company.

The prices they gave were very reasonable and the doors were good quality. Next, I went directly to the showroom to inquire about glass inserts for front double doors. I never felt like I was an unexpected inconvenience. I was able to see samples and take brochures home and they made it easy for me to place an order over the phone. Shipping was free and my order was delivered in just a few short days. The inserts are lovely and good quality. I could not be more pleased with the service and the product.
