However, I did not receive an inventory list to check against for two days. Some of my storage boxes were delivered empty. I packed the containers myself so I knew what what supposed to be in those boxes. They went through my things and took what they wanted. They refused to pay for the items because I did not have receipts! They dropped my treadmill off the truck, broke an antique table, and chipped up our hardwood floors. The driver did not know the two guys that showed up to unload at our destination ( late ) Very unprofessional. I also had a very difficult time reaching someone in the office - always out of the office. No one could or would tell be where my cargo was being held for two days while we took possession of our new house 200 miles away. The guilt and pain that I feel for trusting this company with my valuables is overwhelming at times.

They code everything with scratches and scuff to insure they will not be liable for any damages even if their team notates damage at time of delivery and initials the inventory sheet at delivery.
