BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! I moved into a new home in October…read more When spring came my sprinkler system was not working properly and had two "faults". KF came recommended by a handyman service. They came while I was at work and was asked to address the "faults" (among other things). When I got home nothing was done with at least one of the "faults" and a bank of sprinklers were not working. When I called KF they said I should have the handyman take care of it from this point. I was told KF was the go to sprinkler company, obviously that is not the case.... They did say they could come back and take a look but they it would be several weeks. Next time I won't pay my bill until the job is don't to my satisfaction, lesson learned. No more KF Sprinkler service for me. It is now July and they have not been out to address my original concerns as they said they would.

After his last "No show" and realizing his helpers poured dirt on top of grass that was supposed to be dug up in preparation for new sod Dave was supposed to put in, we let him know we would not be using him any longer and someone else was hired to finish. Dave's response was to pile yard debris he had removed from our yard in the street behind my husband's truck, blocking him in our driveway. We will never recommend this business to anyone.
