We were having issues with water not draining properly and actually backing up back through drains…read more It was 11:00 on a Saturday morning, so we were worried about 1) could they work us into their schedule and 2) how much extra would it be for weekend/emergency service. We were told they would get to us, but it would be a couple of hours as there were a few jobs already ahead of us. They arrived in what we considered a very timely fashion, especially on a Saturday afternoon. They listened to what I explained as the issue, observed the clean out, and knew exactly what to do. They ran the auger approximately 100 feet and you could hear it breaking through the tree roots. Upon retracting the auger, the roots were very evident on the cable and the claw. The service guy was very friendly and explained what he was doing through the whole process. He was extremely willing to answer all my questions. We were expecting to pay $500-$600 for this kind of service on a weekend. I was very pleasantly surprised when he said it was $305. I would definitely recommend Schoonover Sewer Services and I would definitely use their services again if needed!

The project went very smoothly given the age of our house and a few obstacles that presented themselves along the way. Their whole staff was very patient as I asked an enormous amount of questions. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for small or large jobs. They gave me a free estimate for the work, showed up when they said they would, followed through with quality work, and at the end I paid the amount we agreed upon.

Had to take the day off work for an agreed 10a-12p appointment time…read more The technician did not show up until 2:45pm after multiple attempts from my husband to contact the company for an update. The technician was unable to clear the blockage, left at 4pm on a Friday, and assured us that his supervisor would be coming to fix it between 5p-7p same night. We were completely ghosted by this company, nobody ever came and nobody contacted us EVER. We cannot use our toilets, showers, do laundry - nothing or the sewer backs up into our home. My husband continued to call the "call center" for an update and they rescheduled to today (Saturday 8/29) from 9a-11a. Once again, we have been ghosted by the technician and company in general. The "call center" claimed they had nobody else we could talk to and no solution for us - just that our appointment slot was moved to 1p-3p today even though nobody communicated that with us. It is now 3pm and no technician has arrived and the "call center" gave us no solution. The "call center" claims they have no manager or anyone to escalate the issue to even though this is an emergency. This company sure didn't have a problem taking our money when we paid ahead for the supervisor to come out with the camera to look for blockage though!! Absolutely unreal lack of customer service and will NEVER be using this company in the future!!!!
