We needed a 14-50A outlet installed in addition to our wall charger for our 2 EVs. Since the desired location was on the opposite side of the garage from the electric panel, it was a large project. A long conduit over the corner of the ceiling has to be installed to support the electric wiring. We wanted to ensure we find the best quality company, not the cheapest ones, who can do quality work while not overcharging. We initially shopped around a few electric companies and decided to go with Ware because of his responsiveness, sincerity and honesty, as well as good reviews from others. His also matched the pricing of another company even though he is using quality materials. Robert, the owner, is extremely up-front, honest and hardworking. Not only did he not try to upsell us a larger breaker like another electrical company, he was willing to accommodate our busy work schedules and come out on a Sunday to do the install (that's good Taiwanese work ethics!) He definitely did not disappoint. Since it was quite a big project, I was impressed that he did almost the whole install by himself, only using another personnel to help him finish up. It was a 5-6 hour long install but we can tell how meticulous he was as well as the quality of work he does. The outlet was installed perfectly and our garage floor was vacuumed. Not only did he asked us to immediately try the EV chargers to make sure it worked, he also fixed a loose light fixture for us at the house he noticed. We definitely need support more of these hard-working, quality electricians/young companies and not cheap out like some other builders just to make a quick dollar. We will definitely use him again for all our electrical projects in the future. Keep up the good work Robert and Ware Electric!

Prior to their arrival, I incorrectly assumed it would be a quick job and they would connect to my interior panel in my garage. However, that panel is only fed by 60a, and taking up 30a (24a continuous) would not be much better than the current mobile charger. Instead, they ran a new dedicated 60a line from the main panel, up through the attic, and down to the garage. I offered, and they gladly accepted, to run a conduit from the attic to garage in the corner of our guest bedroom closet. They were prepared to drill and fish through two stories of interior walls. Even so, it took 4 guys just shy of 3 hours to complete this extensive job, but my $0 quote from Qmerit remained the same. Half of my outlets and lights were not working and no circuit breakers were tripping. Chris and his team promptly arrived no more than 20 minutes after our phone conversation and went right into investigating my electrical issues. He soon finds out that the culprit was the faulty power supply coming from the electric utility company. He volunteeted to call them up on my behalf. Electric company came in less than a couple of hours to do an amazing complete brand new cable and system replacement from their power source. Turned out I needed 100 amps (electric heater not gas). Two of the other electricians and the pool company's electrician said I needed to run conduit on the outside of my new house (would have looked stupid). One said he could run it inside the walls but maybe to a different location and then conduit to the equipment site. D&G ran it from the service panel to pool panel all inside the walls and attic--beautiful. His quote was slightly below average for the job compared to all the others. But when I got the bill it was even less than he quoted me because he finished earlier than expected! This was a tough job because of the location, roof lines, etc. I have seen a plethora of mediocrity and incompetence over the last year building this very expensive house and pool. D&G electrical truly exceeded my expectations. I will not hire anyone else to do electrical work in the future. Outstanding service at a fair price--hard to find these days.

He recommended using a different type that wasn't as prone to failure as the one I had purchased. He voluntarily went to the store and got it, which I appreciated since I'm mobility limited. He was pleasant and easy to communicate with. His charges were very reasonable. I will use him again.
