His prices are fair and reasonable and I appreciate his accommodating schedule. Recently, I also requested to get my ducts cleaned throughout the house a service that I was unaware Marc did as well. I could immediately breath the difference once the ducts were cleaned. No, long hoses through the windows. He was able to run the hose through the front door without issue. Was able to get my carpets cleaned at the same time. Again with both services, the prices were reasonable. Both services were done efficiently and in under 2 hours. So my wife said she wanted to try someone local and contacted Tom from Restore Cleaning Solutions. From the minute she called Tom she knew she was in for amazing customer service. He was so attentive on the phone, and was actually able to come out within a few days to get the job done. When Tom arrived he explained exactly what procedure he was going to take. He then proceeded to do an incredible job. The carpets looked amazing when he was done, I never thought they could look that good again. My wife also was having issues with iron stains in our shower. She asked Tom if he had any tips for how to clean that, because she was never able to get rid of the heavy stain. Tom stopped everything he was doing, went and got a product out of his truck and then showed my wife how to use it. Next thing you know, a shower that had been stained for years was sparkling clean. Tom didn't even charge for that extra request, and seemed more than happy to help. When Tom was done, he left the house immaculate! My wife and I have dealt with a lot of contractors over the years, some good some bad. Tom falls into the rare category of A++ when it comes to dealing with a contractor that owns his business. He truly cares and seems to really enjoy what he does. In addition to all the other positives, Tom's rates are very reasonable. They did clean around the area but as soon as I lifted the dog bed(where the plant fell), there was dirt all over the floor. The second "deep clean", I felt like they could've done a better job, but the service was done and I just don't think it was worth it and I could have done the same job myself FOR FREE. The kitchen counters were still dirty, the house looked like they barely wiped down at all. This last time that I booked with them, I booked my appointment for 9 AM. I am going to insert screenshots of the response that I received from whoever is responsible for talking with customers. This was a very unprofessional way to respond despite them being late. They were 50 min late, there was no apology or thank you for your patience, nothing. I felt like it was extremely unprofessional, rude and I will never book with them again.
