I had done a good…read moreamount of major work myself, but was getting stuck with persistent backfiring and carburetor issues. Adrian responded immediately and was completely professional from the jump. He scheduled a visit quickly, showed up on time, and diagnosed the issue right away. He let me know I needed a part, but didn't charge me for that first visit--which I really appreciated. Once I got the replacement part, Adrian came back and got everything dialed in fast. I was honestly a little bummed I couldn't figure it out myself, but he turned it into a learning opportunity, walking me through what he was doing and giving me a bunch of solid tips to help me continue upgrading and maintaining the truck. He even checked out a few other things just to make sure everything was running right. Super solid experience overall. Adrian clearly knows his stuff, works efficiently, and treats you with respect. If you need a mobile mechanic who's both professional and personable, definitely give him a call. He gave the best price around too.

My daughter took her 2007 Chevy Tahoe in to have the transmission rebuilt they rebuilt the…read moretransmission and the stability track light came on in the truck shook like crazy. We called them and had it towed back into them. My daughter called back the next day to ask if they had looked at the vehicle they said no so she said she would call back on that next Monday to get an update. Some things took place where she wasn't able to call, but they hadn't called her either so my daughter being a woman and we know how that goes in an automotive shop, haven't we called when I called they told me that the vehicle was done and that she owed $495. My daughter never gave them authorization in which they claimed that she did in the state of California that's not legal authorization you have to have written authorization and if you do get a verbal authorization, they have to note the person's full name, their phone number, the date and the time that this supposedly took place in which that information could not be conveyed they just said yeah they talked to my daughter, so their shot manager had the owner. Call me in which he got very competitive argumentative and basically accused us of being that type of person that's trying to pull a fast one. My daughter told them upfront that she needed to know what she was looking at before. Any work was done because she had just split up with her boyfriend and they have two kids that are very little so she needed to make sure that she could afford it instead the shop decided they're gonna do the legal thing and do the work and figure she was just gonna pay it not gonna happen not on my watch. Don't take your vehicles to this place because they're gonna charge you for stuff that you didn't approve and it's not legal they figure you're gonna need the vehicle that you're just gonna do it. I've dealt with this before and everything they did was illegal and they're gonna learn the hard way that they can't treat people like that and they can't strong-arm people into paying bills that were not approved for those that are in similar situations. make sure you file a complaint with the bar (the bureau of automotive repair.) and then if need be take him to Small Claims Court because if they hold your vehicle and refuse to give it back once you win in court, they can be responsible for any rental cars you had to get while you were waiting for your car to be returned to you check the laws in legalities and everything covered underneath it don't let them take you for a ride because I think they can get away with it. Unfortunately, Yelp won't let you leave a review with no stars so I had to give one star, but if I could give negative I would.
