A representative came to our home and told us that, in addition to trimming, one of our trees needed to be removed because it was unsalvageable. He also said our trees were being damaged by wood-boring insects and recommended a treatment for both the trees and the yard. We paid over $900 for these treatments, but after that, the company never contacted us again. I called a couple of weeks later and was told someone would return my call--they didn't. I called again a couple weeks later and explained that I was still waiting for a quote for the original trimming and tree removal. The associate called back, said he would drive by to refresh his memory, and would send a quote. After that, we never heard from him again. My advice: make sure your primary needs are addressed before agreeing to any additional services.
