So, you're a homeowner who fancies himself as being pretty-competent at DIY projects, and you…read moredecide, say, I dunno, to integrate dimmers into many of your electrical runs. Pretty simple stuff, even if you CAN'T read a volt meter or those other cool gadgets from Home Depot, right? Well, maybe...but if you DO run into something (gee - what's this white wire do...?), or if you want to consider an entire addition and it's associated electrical demands, James Adams at MHE should be the first number in your call-list. James built his own company after spending years learning the business ends of his career from his father, James Sr. James also has an extensive military background that has prepared him well for the many different situations he faces on a daily basis. I originally met James while I worked in construction with one of the leading roofing contractors in the North Texas area. James was the one sub-contractor upon whom I could always count for extensive expertise, superior interpersonal skills that are unique within the trade sector, even and controlled temperament, sympathetic and comprehensive understanding of a customer-driven timeframe, and fair and transparent pricing. I've also engaged James on several personal projects around my own home. James was only too happy to spend any time necessary to thoroughly-diagnose an issue, and explain in clear layperson terms how the problem should be addressed. And, yes, many of my issues were self-inflicted, and James' temperament enabled him to correct my problems without making me feel inferior - truly superior interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service. I would highly-recommend James and his Team at MHE for ANY electrical issue or project that you may be contemplating or that is currently causing you problems. You will find James and his Team to be attentive, professional, punctual, extremely knowledgable about your current issues and multiple options for their resolution, and exceptional at clean-up and job closure. MHE really SHOULD be your first call for help in these areas! Good luck with whatever electrical project you may be tackling...but call James and MHE for the best possible outcome!

You can't afford to deal with surprise costs when money is tight, and it seems like everyone has various fees tacked on. I found Sharp-Tec on Nextdoor and decided to reach out. I prefer texting and was really happy that Tony was available to text and to provide an estimate. Having that ballpark estimate immediately and the quick communication made it an easy choice. I assumed it was a mounting issue and a quick fix but Mannie and Pedro came out and quickly figured out my wonky foundation was pulling it down. They needed to get supplies and I didn't think I'd be able to afford the new price of repair so we planned on scheduling for a future visit. However, soon after they left I realized I could afford it and went ahead with scheduling the repair. They managed to come right back out that same evening to complete it. It ended up needing a slip riser installed which will prevent this issue from happening again. He also tidied up the mess of cables left behind from various things by the previous homeowner. What's most important to me when choosing services like this is personability and trustworthiness. If I get that salesman-type vibe I choose someone else regardless of price. I never felt like they were trying to upsell. They were nothing but kind and honest. I am a DIYer but don't mess with electricity so I asked if I could watch because I was curious and Mannie went above and beyond answering my questions by explaining things to me like a teacher would. I really appreciated that. We're relatively new homeowners and have been looking for our go-to electrician and I think we finally found them.
