Bill (Jr.) was extremely professional, courteous, friendly and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He had a smart apprentice with him and he educated him not only on the hands-on way of completing the tasks but also telling him from an engineering viewpoint as to the whys and the hows of what they were doing with my Well-water System. It was really refreshing to see a young person being mentored by a senior in the trade! And by the way, their charges for the spares, after NYS Tax, were LOWER than the pricing of the exact same pieces at Home Depot!! What more can one ask for!
