It is right down the street and I was excited to find a local place. First, when I called I felt like I was bothering the person who picked up when I asked a couple of questions. Everyone has their off days and I understand that, so I still wanted to go in and talk to them. But when I went in that day, the two women working the store said the simple embroidery that I wanted to have done was impossible. They really didn't seem like they were willing to try or even listen to me. It was a solid no off the bat. It's OK if you can't fill a customer's request - but they made me feel like I was dumb for even asking. Long story short - I called another local embroidery shop on Indiantown in Jupiter.
