You can see why this vendor is awful. First the name All Occasions Flowers also uses the name: BLT Blossom Flower. Second, they are in Sun Valley, CA however they show the business in Lake Havasu, CA. I ordered a Lilly of Peace for a family funeral. Below is exactly how missed up this company is: 1. They confirmed that my order was to be delivered on Thursday before the funeral and they said it would be no problem; the Lilly of Peace would be hand delivered by their driver. 2. I received a notice two day prior that my order was not in stock, so they can deliver red roses at a great price. 3. I spoke to three different employees whom did not know how to expedite any discrepancies for the life of them. The Lilly of Peace was not in stock when I ordered and the customer service taker could not share that information?? Cost was $109.22. They refunded me, but that doesn't make up for the laziness and unprofessional way they handled my order. 4. The red roses for a funeral is not a smart suggestion, to say the least. But they didn't care they had to probably get rid of the red roses. read more

Unfortunately, I also got scammed for Mother's Day. I ordered over $100 worth of flowers, chocolates and balloons and my poor mom received a red solo cup of some random poorly-tended backyard flowers. The delivery woman also had the audacity to tell my mom "better late than never" as she delivered this monstrosity. They were two days late. This place is ripping people off big time and it's not OK. If you can't put ANY effort into satisfying your customers, then you shouldn't be in business. read more

BUYER BEWARE: If I could give this company a negative rating I would. I decided to order my mom flowers for Mother's Day. I normally use ProFlowers or 1800 Flowers but decided to use a local shop because I know a lot of small businesses are hurting because of COVID. Man was I taken for a ride. Flowers were supposed to have been delivered on Friday. When I contacted Rod, the owner, I received the texts below. I should have checked Yelp and Facebook for reviews but was in a hurry. Big mistake on my part. I ordered over $100 worth of flowers/chocolate and received literally a $10 bouquet from Smith's/Safeway with a red rose added in for laughs. What I have found out since is even more laughable. 1- Rod the owner doesn't pick up the phone and prefers you text him on same number for the shop. He has been unresponsive since the flowers were delivered late On Saturday. 2 - the business is operating with a revoked-delinquent business license. 3- 2200 S. Casino Dr is the Pioneer - per my conversations with them this morning he hasn't been there I'm over 3 years. read more

Do Not Order from here!! I believe in supporting small businesses in local communities and am so disappointed. Our flower order was not delivered, no receipt provided through their 3rd party booking agent www.lovingly.com and no one available to answer the phone to take responsibility for the delivery commitment. No phone call, no email to let me know if they are running behind. Nothing! After reading similar reviews it appears this is common. Just learned a lesson to read reviews more often. Canceled credit card purchase through bank and will never order through here again. Most likely a scam! read more

Zero stars!!! This place is a joke! I never leave reviews but if i can save someone else from using this company, its worth it to me. For Mothers Day I ordered a 50$ arrangement that came out to 90$ after all of the extra charges and fees and what my mom got was nothing like what they advertise on their website. Please dont waste your time or your money! read more

I ordered these online through Ava's Flowers. These guys delivered them to the hospital. The volunteers at the hospital were so disgusted by it that they called me and told me they didn't think it should go to my friend in the ICU. They brought it to me. They said this is not the first time this has happened from this company. I can't speak to that, but these pictures speak 1000 words and what they speak is rip off! Ava's refunded my money when I complained. But like others, you get one opportunity at a get well wish, Valentines Day or Mother's Day. I will NEVER use this florist! This was a $75 order! Extremely disappointed. read more

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I placed an order the day before Mother's Day. No delivery was made no contact or email explanation on the reason for no delivery. I reached out to the company, calling numerous times not able to leave a message because voicemail was full. After 6 calls I finally got a hold of a lady in which had apologized and asked if was okay to deliver Monday morning with free chocolates for the delay. I agreed and asked my mom to let me know when she gets delivery. After my mom waiting until 1:30pm in afternoon still yet no delivery. Once again reaching out to the company the lady answer and said sorry we ran out of flowers. In rage about this whole situation I kindly asked for a refund. It's now May 21st, 14 days ago and I'm still reaching out to the company for a refund. This lady texts me saying she will call me back. Then explaining to me that Sunday she will issue a refund. Mind you I said through text message so unprofessional. DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE!!! read more

Terrible! I ordered an arrangement of all yellow flowers for Mothers Day/Birthday present for my Mom. Yellow is her favorite color. It showed up with not 1 yellow flower in the whole arrangement! It is impossible to get a hold of a person on their phone number! You only get a recording, then sent to a mailbox which is full. I will never use them again. Also the flowers were crammed into to small of a vase, the arrangement looked awful. read more

Buyer beware! The order you place based on a choice from the website likely will not be close to the order delivered. And I am talking dramatically different. The arrangement delivered looked more like a few bouquets of grocery store flowers with a Mylar balloon (which was not ordered) added to get the value of the delivery up. I did call the vendor in advance of posting a negative review. I found it interesting that the owner answered the phone with "was their a problem with your order" without even getting information on my order. That spoke volumes to me. Upon calling, the owner seemed aghast that I would expect this ordered arrangement to be available. I suggested maybe he shouldn't have it on their website. Additionally, they never called me to clarify that they could not deliver anything close to what I ordered from their website. I understand that they will have variations in flowers available and I know there is a disclaimer that they cannot guarantee it will be the same. But the website also said they would do their best to match value of flowers. The flowers in my delivery were basically what I would call "filler flowers", not even close to the value of what I ordered (probably why they added a Mylar balloon). Also, the order was to be delivered on Friday but was not delivered until Saturday. I will not be ordering from this vendor again. It was false advertising and a missed opportunity in customer service. If you are looking for flowers in the Laughlin/Bullhead City area, shop somewhere else - there are other vendors in the valley that are more honest and customer oriented. read more

Wished I had looked at reviews before placing my order!! I am so embarrassed that my MIL would receive such a hideous arrangement! I understand some flowers are not available due to season. The pictures you see below show my frustration. What a joke!!! On top of that to tell me I can request to have them picked up and replaced with a different arrangement to then turn around tell me it wasn't within the 24 hour window since my order was placed. How am I supposed to do that when the order was placed 4 days ago. A slap in the face to get 24.00 refund and a 15.00 store credit on a 70.00 order. Obviously I'm not gonna use that credit because I will NEVER order from them again. read more

My Son ordered me flowers from out of state for Mother's Day and for my Birthday, which was yesterday. Both deliveries have been the worst arrangements I have ever gotten. The Mothers Day Delivery had old wilted flowers in a small arrangement my Son paid big money for. I sent him photos and told him to get his money back. I also called this wannabe florist and was told they would bring me another arrangement, which they never did. Yesterday was my Birthday and my son ordered me flowers again. He does not call this florist, his order gets directed to them unfortunately. Was horrified by what they delivered. Wilted old flowers with petals already falling off when the vase moved, absolutely filthy green water in vase, which tells me they are definitely not fresh, and have sat in this water for quite a while. I took photos and sent them to my Son AGAIN and told him to get his money back. He paid a big amount for this pathetic small arrangement that did not resemble, even in the slightest way, the flower arrangement he had ordered for me. Oh and the ton of Oleander leaves used as filler is cheap and ugly and if one should fall on the floor, it'll kill your pets if they ty to eat it. Worst florist ever, have no idea how they stay in business. read more

I should've read the reviews before I placed an order. This business is a joke. If you reading this, that means you interested in placing an order. DONT DO IT!!! Beware of this florist, he buys cheap flowers at the grocery store and uses oleander foliage as a filler in every arrangement which is poisonous. First order, forgot to deliver until I called, second order again was a same day delivery and he dropped the ball, online co refunded same day delivery charge, the next day he sent an arrangement that was nothing like the arrangement ordered online, different flowers and his notorious oleander filler. Online co said it would be redelivered correctly and he refused to redeliver. He doesn't have the skills, proper flowers and filler or vases to recreate the arrangements the online companies send him to fill. I was given a complete refund from the online co. Do not use this florist! read more

The day after the flowers were delivered....surprise they were already dead and wilting. My mother actually went there and complained (unbeknownst to me at the time). All Occassion Flowers went above and beyond! Friendly, professional, prompt, and creative! It's a bit challenging at times to be away from family and friends. We live out of state. Original planned birthday package didn't make it out from the courier in time for our Uncle's Birthday. Looked around for a florist open on a Sunday. We are very grateful to Rod from All Occassion Flowers. Called and left a message in the morning, Rod returned our call a few hours later. He started working on a personalized arrangement right away. Ordered flowers the morning before Mother's Day to be delivered within their local range for free delivery. Still no flowers received three days later. I've called numerous times over the past couple days, texted the main number as I was told to in their voicemail message, and emailed with no reply. They finally answered their phone once today, told me they would check on my order and put me on hold only to have me sitting there for 10 minutes. They then took me off hold but hung up on me. I tried calling back several times afterwards with no reply. This place took my money and refuses to answer to at least let me know what's going on. I'm contacting my bank to get my refund. I called this number for the very first time and was so pleasantly surprised when an extremely knowledgeable man answered the phone. 'ROD' knows EVERYTHING you may need to know about flowers. This man and his business are by FAR the absolute BEST!!! I was very very impressed with his knowledge and compassion. Rod made sure the flowers I ordered were beautiful and something to be proud of. We ordered flowers from here a week before mothers day. We live out of state so we had no idea if they were delivered or not, we just had to wait for a thank you text... nothing came. We finally decided to give up our secret and ask our mom if she received her flowers and she said she never got any. I tried to call multiple time to ask for a refund (we spent $60!) and it kept going to a recording. You can't even leave a voicemail as the mailbox is full.
