This is by far the worst company I have ever encountered. My company decided to use this company to OSHA train two of our employees. After the completion of their training, we reached out to them and asked if they could mail the OSHA 30 cards which was part of our purchase. It didn't seem as though there would be an issue. After two months had passed, we reached out to them and inquired about the cards. At this point, we were told that since the employee/s did not request the cards to be mailed, then they could not mail them. Are you kidding me?! We were speaking to Aura this whole time and got fed up with the unwillingness to mail these cards. I then called their main office to speak to someone else. Surprise, surprise - this new individual was even worse than the first. He explains to me that they no longer mail the cards!! They stopped doing it because cards have gone missing in the past. Shocking how Aura knew nothing of this, yet this was their policy. I was upset naturally and we concluded that he would make an exception and mail the cards certified. Shortly after concluding my conversation with this individual, Aura calls our office. I speak to her and begin voicing my frustration and she begins to feed me the BS of why the card wasn't mailed. She indicates again that THE ONLY REASON it wasn't mailed was because it was not initially requested. At this point, I blow a fuse. They are lying to their customers and feeding them excuses for why they can't do their job properly and don't even have the common sense to discuss their lies to ensure they're at least feeding the customers the same BS - instead of two conflicting excuses. I mean this is insane. My company spent over $2,000 to have each employee trained with their company and this is the treatment we received. Never again. I have used other companies for the OSHA training and it was the easiest process. I would call them to have the card mailed or they would call me (that was the nicest), and within a week I would receive the card. Oh and my final note is this, almost two weeks have passed since I was told these cards would be mailed certified and I have yet to receive it. I call only to be told the cards were not mailed certified and to wait a few more days to receive it. I'm so close to disputing this charge with my credit card and having the employees endure these courses again but with a company who knows how to treat their paying customers. Please stay away from them. There are so many companies that offer this training in NY - do yourself a favor and select someone else. read more

Great school and staff, and very accommodating. Instructors have construction experience which helps in providing examples of items discussed. Also thier miniature equipment setup are great teaching tools. read more
