We contracted with Rodney in mid December. Without any communication, the day we signed the…read morecontract, he had the pavers delivered. Since there was no communication, they were not dropped in the best location for us. Due the Winter Park being slow to approve the permit, it took over 6 weeks to get the job started. The day the permit was approved they started the job, once again without communicating with us. Now we have a driveway we cannot park on and Guests coming to spend the weekend. Which meant 3 displaced cars. Had he called and spoke with us, we would have asked for the job to be done at a later date. Also his workers, both the paver guys and the sealer guy had no knowledge of our back porch that was in our contract. The paver guy also didn't know the exact scope of the drive way work. The icing on the cake is that today the sealer guy came and before he was gone, and again without any communication with us to see if we are satisfied and happy with the job, Rodney charge our credit card...which also meant he saved our credit card information. Not cool. (by the way, Rodney, never came to make sure the job was done properly) I called Rodney to talk about his lack of communication and he didn't listen to me. He talked over me. I believe that in his mind that he was doing "the right thing." However he wouldn't know since he didn't communicate with us. Very disappointing experience.

They were just throwing the clumps down, which is not at all what I expected to see from a professional company. I complained that it looked horrible and it was very difficult to walk over due to the clumps and huge gaps. They brought in a roller to try to smooth it out. It did help with the gaps, but didn't revive the dead grass that later proved to be mostly weeds. They also managed to damage the power line that extended from my home to an out-building site, which meant they could no longer install the sprinkler system control panel where it was supposed to go. Needless to say, I did not even allow them to do the front lawn.
