We though everything was fine for about 3 weeks (Job completed 10/6). A few days ago (11/1), my wife and I started noticing cracking in the seams where the mud goes over the tape job. Now, we specified in our bid request "No seams to be visible after paint", to which Mr. Newland submitted his bid, to my mind, that means he accepted the terms of our bid request. Upon closer review, there are seams everywhere, HUGE GIANT cracks where the ceiling meets the wall. This was not done professionally at all. Not to mention the fact that two emails in one week have not been answered. I will keep updating this review, as for now - stay away. EDIT: we are in process of working this out with Ryan. He got back to us and we really appreciate that. Will update again. EDIT: final update. Ryan came Out and fixed the issues we complaint about. He is very professional and I would recommend him. He also explained why The cracks happened and they were not his fault. If you need a great gc who will handles any issues. Definitely use Ryan.

Miguel first did some smaller jobs, like replacing all our toilets with water-saving models. He even fixed a serious leakage problem that we didn't know about because it was caused by the flooring people not putting in the correct toilet seal. The musty smell that we couldn't find is now gone. He also replaced a badly installed screen door, found the door frame was crooked and was able to fix that and poor work done by others and install a new combo glass & screen storm door, extended and put in a new threshhold. It seals perfectly ...for the first time in my 18 years in this house. We are so delighted that when he finds a problem, he brings it to our attention, offers one or more solutions and asks us what we want to do. He is very easy to talk with, takes time to explain the whys of what he is doing, is very careful of my premises, and does jobs right, not just acceptably. He has now finished a bathroom remodel, tearing out the vinyl shower/tub and replacing it with a Jacuzzi whirlpool tub. The bathroom is quite small and now looks larger, not to mention beautiful. He and his colleagues worked on the tub and tile installation that was complex and time-consuming. I was especially happy that he was able to adjust what I wanted to do to keep me within my budget by suggesting different tiling pattern choices. We went with his suggestions and it is so much better than what we were going to do. We would highly recommend Miguel for repair work and remodels, though we hope he doesn't get too busy. We have started a new to-do list for him.

From there, TJ, Matthew and Mike took care of everything - lining up architects, engineers, soil engineers, etc.. to help our dream home become a reality. They checked in with us often and really helped put our minds at ease even though we live in North California. At one point, we received a notice that we needed to do fire mitigation on our land that has protected sage brush. TJ and Matthew immediately took care of the problem by calling the agency involved. Sadly, the pandemic priced us out of our dream home but the experience with had with MLA has been amazing. Just look at one of their home builds - the craftmanship is excellent with all the latest in data wiring, energy efficiency etc.. They don't cut corners and are great project managers. You you go with MLA, you can rest assured you will be getting your dream home. When we win the lottery, we will be calling MLA General Contractors for sure!

We just had our 1985 home completely gutted out and remodel by Home 360 Construction. Heron…read more(General Contractor) and Jennifer (Designer) took our 80's home and made it into a modern peaceful and inviting contemporary home. The finishing touches are the best I've ever seen. When we hired Home 360 Construction we quickly realized that we did not have to be there 24/7 to make sure things were done right. Heron's worked tirelessly to make sure that everything was done top notch. The home was taken down to its shell and he rebuild it, all new plumbing, 200Amp electrical, all new insulation walls and ceilings, all new 5/8 drywall with smooth textured walls, all new windows and doors, smooth stucco and too much to list. Some of the problems they found during construction were that there were no anchor bots and the ones that were there were not sufficient, the rear of the house was sagging, termite damaged wood; all of this was brought to my attention and they repaired. If you are looking for a company that can do A - Z and help you along the way, I would highly recommend Home 360 Construction. And did I mention that they are licensed and bonded
