Ray Smith's team was able to remove several large pepper trees, 13+ slash pines (4 of which were extremely large and VERY close to our house/pool cage), and an over abudance of florida underbrush. They cleared all of this while having to avoid 4 queen palms that we wanted to keep. The entire staff was always pleasant and never gave me a hard time even with ALL the questions and requests that we had. My husband and I would highly recommend this company for any land clearing jobs. Pros: Everyone from the Owner down to the front office lady is very friendly and helpful. Highly knowledgeable crew with 20+ years experience. Reasonably priced. Have connections for other services (ex: sod installation). Biggest issue I have is their huge equipment is sitting on my cleared lot for going on two weeks now and the other company I hired to grade and sod can not start until he moves it. Grrrrrr I have called repeatedly and sent an email and they still have not moved this monstrosity, so my project is on hold at his mercy. NOT RIGHT!!! My educated guess is he doesn't have equipment to haul it himself and wants to wait and pay one transport fee to move it to the next job, when and if he gets a job where he needs it.
