I ordered a 180 dollar chain hoist from them around the first of April. I then get an email telling I owe another 29.99 for shipping on April 17th. The website said the hoist was in stock and ready to ship but here it is May the 6th and I do not have my hoist. I am over all the tools and purchasing at a heavy equipment dealership and this is the first time I have ever paid 30 dollars for shipping and had to wait 2 1/2 weeks and still waiting for anything. This not only the worst company to work for they are the worst company ethically I have ever seen. Not only is the service grossly negligent the products they push are overpriced and they will wow you with over promising and under delivering. I can give you an example when I work there I had the senior sales rep and the head of service quote a large aluminum company for their monthly, quarterly and yearly inspections. All-Lifts service department dropped the ball once again. They scheduled two yearly inspections back to back, then did a monthly inspection, and the following month did a quarterly all while bringing a scissors lift which is extra and we weren't supposed to. Our cost were of course more than what we quoted and the company was losing money. Instead of acknowledging our mistake, fixing the problem and eating the loss, they made me go back in and tell that company we were going to charge them more per month. Does that sound like a company you want to do business with? This happens all the time where they screw up and then add costs to other areas to make up the difference. They did a inspection at a large manufacturing plant that makes military vehicles and the owners brother outright told a service rep to make sure he pulls a lot of chains and slings during the inspections. Is that ethical? In addition if you work for them they will do what ever they can to keep your commission money and treat their employees awfully and rule to fire you. The turnover is incredible. Matt Sagorac the owner is a weasel. This man makes the service techs work on his cigarette boat while there are hoist to be repaired for companies that have been on the shelf sitting for six months. In the first week of employment at the company he told me there is a dress code (while he was wearing jeans) and that if I spent $300 on jeans I could wear them too. Does that say everything you need to know about him? His brother is the sales manager and this guy walks around thinking he knows everything when in fact they don't train their employees because they don't know a thing either. They have a wide selection of merchandise to buy but that's because they will sell anything but are an expert on nothing. Do not work for them ever. Do not do business with them ever.
