I made a pickup order for my sister to pick up, and Walgreens made the process impossible. She went…read moreseveral times and was still not able to get it. I finally had to call the store myself, and the woman who answered (wouldn't even give me her name) was extremely rude. She kept cutting me off, trying to "explain" that no one had given my sister a hard time and even claimed the order was already picked up--which was clearly untrue because my sister was still standing in the store waiting. At one point, she even asked me, "was it 3 bags?" -- how would I know? I placed an order for 7 items! Then, all of a sudden, she "found" the order after insisting it wasn't there. Instead of apologizing, she continued arguing and spoke over me the entire time. On top of that, they were questioning my sister and saying things like, "we didn't bother you, we never gave you a hard time," which was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I asked for her to stay on the line until my sister had the order in hand, but she refused and hung up. This happened today (9/7/25) at approximately 7:15pm. No apology, no accountability--just rudeness and attitude. Outrageous customer service. I am reaching out to corporate.
