Got us in quick for an emergency visit. My husband said the dentist was nice. Thank you

If you want your kids to fear the dentist for the rest of their lives, this is the place for you! The, "dentist" is really a butcher. He won't treat your child as a human and talk them through the process. This location would much rather fumble over themselves to find instruments for the procedure. While talking over each other and repeatedly asking if the same instrument is a completely different instrument over and over after being given the same answer..over and over. This place is amateur hour when amateurs are also running the show. Picture that. No clue how this place is in business. Save yourself the stress and more, save your child the torment. Take them to tooth town up the street. Not only is the service better but the prices are literally half the price. This place was charging 150 for laughing gas while the other charged me 50. This place is a butcher shop. Stay away read more

From the moment you walk in, your greeted with a very welcoming staff. I have been very fortunate to schedule all three of my kids dental appointments at the same time. The kids love coming to the dentist! Organization in this office is terrific! Very thorough with each child. I can't say enough about this dental office. Overall the best by far. read more

staff is somewhat friendly but appointments not on time I wouldn't recommend coming here

I took my 2.5 year old for his first dental appointment and I totally expected the worst toddler tantrum ever but they did such a wonderful job that he was so happy to be there! It was such a happy and vibrant atmosphere and they were so patient and gentle! I also appreciated the quickness of the cleaning process! We came in with a smile and left with a smile! We will definitely be back! read more

My daughter started going here in 2018 and the mood was totally different. They let her touch all the tools before they put anything in her mouth which made her feel comfortable and safe and they spoke to her with respect. She went back today and they did an adequate job, basically what you'd expect from an adults dentist office. My younger child has been here twice and has had terrible experiences both times. He was visibly nervous walking in but the woman didn't even look up from the computer, she just said "sit him down". When I tried to pick him up to put him on the seat he swatted my hands away and the employee said "you'd better not hit your mom because you can't come home with me," which was the first and last time anyone spoke directly to him. They literally only spoke to him to make him feel more scared. It should be understood that some toddlers won't walk in the door excited to have weird machines put in their mouths. There should be training for that, or at least screen employees for compassion and gentleness. When she saw he was distressed she called over other nurses to hold him down instead of trying to make him feel safe and cared for. Maybe there are staff shortages or they're burned out and I get that, but there just has to be special consideration if you're calling yourselves a children's dentist. I'm not mad at the staff, just at the false advertising. Sensitive kids beware. read more

Every assistant is great! but this was the second time we left because my daughter was getting exhausted waiting for the doctor.. I specifically asked to schedule us for when the doctor will have time for us... When I asked where she was I was told she is in the middle of the procedure. Seriously?? read more

I brought my two boys, ages 5 and 2, for their first real dentist appointment ever. The process at AKPD was extremely smooth. The hygienists and dentist were extremely personable and worked well with children. They were patient with my screaming 2 year old and his meltdown didn't slow them down. It was so quick and easy! And as a mom of two littles, I was very grateful for both kids to be seem simultaneously! Great experience! read more

We've been a total of 3 times and will no go back. After the first cleaning, we scheduled for fillings and crowns for cavities and the last two visits have been horrible. The dentist is rude- she doesn't have any patience for our 4 or 6 year old. She gave no effort to explain our options, rolled her eyes at my husband, and was insistent on rescheduling our visits when our kids "calmed down". Their behavior was typical of a 4 year old who had never had a cavity filled and the dentist's treatment of him old escalated his fear. We wont be back. read more

Such an excellent dentist's office for kids. My son is not a big fan but they were so calm and patient, which really mattered when I felt defeated because I couldn't get him to open his mouth. But, they were patient and kind and worked with me to calm him down, talk to him, and get him in a positive mindset, which is so important. How his mood changed so quickly from combative to cooperative blew my mind. Professional angels! read more

The dentist and staff are amazing and very informative. They are great with my children and that is what matters most!

Great customer service, fast and so professional!!! The dentists are so great with children and make it a fun experience. No need to research or go elsewhere. read more

First time my 4 year old going to the dentist and Dr Edmond and her staff we're super friendly and helped my son feel welcomed and not overwhelmed with his first visit. Thank you read more

The hygienist and dentist were great. Reception was lacking. I was told at check in that there was an outstanding balance from 2021!! I asked why wasn't I told about it before the appointment so I could be prepared. The response was we called your husband ONCE in 2021 and left a message. Mind you they have my number, work number and email and they never contacted me about the balance. They called me multiple times to make an appointment but never once was it mentioned that money was owed. When asked they said that they have a call service that calls for appointments and not them. They took no responsibility for the issues and just "apologized" for the confusion. They said that I would have to pay half now to even be seen Or I'd have to reschedule . I paid it but it was decremental to me due to lacking financial ability before payday. Which they wouldn't allow me to pay in 4 days even with me offering automatic withdrawal from my account. I asked to speak to the office manager and I was told that they would pass along the message to her. I asked if I could have a number to call her and I was told she would call me at "some point" Needless to say I don't have an issue with paying what I owe but needing to be informed BEFORE walking into an appointment that I missed work for and my son missed school for. read more

I love this location my son's been coming here since he started getting teeth and they have ALWAYS been so friendly and patient my son is 6 so you can imagine how sometimes a dentist appointment can go but they always make it so fun for him, their very informative of the things that look great or what steps should be best for the future appointments. They get us in and out in a great timely manner and always work with you with what appointments work best for your schedule I recommend this dentist office to everyone 10/10. read more

My kids always look forward to going to the dentist since we've started going to AKPD. ALL of the staff is amazing and makes my kids feel completely comfortable and talk them through every step of every procedure. read more

I was shocked at their rigidity to schedule an afternoon appointment for my kindergartener. As a teacher, I requested an appointment after school hours for my 5yo and was told they "don't work on children his age after 12". I plead with them to give us an afternoon appointment and they refused - and by afternoon I mean 3pm. They are open until 5. Will be moving to a practice that works with their patients. read more

Took my son here a total of three times. The first two visits were just fine. A typical dentist visit. The third time they refused to see him until they got additional paperwork from another provider he had seen (nothing in his medical history had changed between appointments- the requested documentation was from before his first visit.) They told me they would call me back to schedule a new appointment, after they got the document from the provider. (I couldn't provide it) and I never heard back. Pretty disappointed in how everything was handled, or I guess the lack of handling. read more

Horrible experience! These people should be shut out of our community . Dentist recommended immediate treatment and they had nothing available for several weeks . When I reminded her that the dentist said not to wait that long she have an attitude and was like oh well I'll put you on a wait list . Asked for manager who was a little snot . This place is terrible . Do not bring your kids here !!! They should be pushed out of our community they are only interested in scheduling cleanings and X-rays at bulk . In it for the money read more

They had very poor customer service. Just because they are kids doesn't mean you rush them thru like cattle! The entire experience for both my girls were unacceptable and rude. We won't be continuing at the "pediatric" dentist... read more

All Kids Pediatric Dentistry is absolute trash. NEVER take your kids here. Scheduling is HELL and they have complete disregard for their patients teeth or well being. My daughter needed caps put it on due to having extra soft enamel (it's hereditary) causing cavities in the her top 4 front teeth. They have rescheduled her 4 times (twice before the corona virus was even an issue) my daughter is in pain and her teeth continue to break down further and further almost to her gum line. I'm not even sure there is a way for them to be restored at this point. If all kids Pediatric Dentistry would have put the caps on WHEN THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO none of this would be an issue. And now they are telling me they may just have to extract them AS IF THAT ISNT A BIG DEAL! My daughter is 1 years old!! She can not have anesthesia or medicine to help with pain and she shouldn't have even had to deal with this to begin with!! This was due to their NEGLIGENCE! And now my child will have to suffer. We are going for second opinions somewhere else as this place is an absolute NIGHTMARE! If I could give 0 stars I could. FAST FORWARD TO JUNE 4, 2020- went in to get the caps. Was informed they could not save the teeth (I already knew this would happen) they said they wanted to pull them while she was awake. They also recommended getting a second opinion, which I was obviously going to do after the nerve of this place. Then I receive a letter in the mail informing me they would not take my daughter as a patient any longer because i decided to get a second opinion EVEN THOUGH THEY TOLD ME TO. Well it doesn't matter to me anyways because i was never planning on going back there. I 100% blame them for my daughter having to get her teeth pulled. They are absolutely trash and do not care about the well being of their patients. They should consider new management as well. read more

Third time here with an appointment at 8:30. Every appointment so far it takes almost an hour including the wait times for appointment and/or then waiting on the dentist. This is for a 3/4 year old aged teeth cleaning that only takes about 15 minutes. Not sure why every time it is always so backed up early on in the day. I like the office and staff but do think they need to work on scheduling and timeliness. read more

Horrible!! Been patients there for 7 years and was suddenly discharged after our last appt due to missing a cleaning during covid and my children getting cavities. They were my children's first dentist. Im blown away by this extremely unprofessional and slacking office. I had waited 2 weeks to even hear back waiting for them to get medical clearance so my son could get a cavity filled. Don't waste your time for give them the opportunity to hurt your children. STAY AWAY read more

I'm very surprised to see the negative reviews here. We were recently traveling and one of my kids had a dental emergency and we found ourselves here. It was super nerve wracking for me as a Mom to be in a unfamiliar city with nothing to go off of...and just trying to get my son out of pain. I am so, so grateful I found this office. They went above and beyond to help us and were so kind in the process. My son got all fixed up and I was relieved. Thank you so much for your amazing care!! read more

The dentist and staff seemed friendly, but we were just there for a consult for dental work. The treatment seemed unnecessary and excessive compared to the other office we visited. After speaking with our regular dentist, she confirmed my thoughts. If going for treatment, get a second opinion! read more

I appreciate the precautions they have taken along with their transparency during this Pandemic. They were also willing to work with me with more options and was in close communication. As always, they are great with my kids and make them feel comfortable and at ease. We tend to be in and out very quickly and it was even quicker during this time. Have never had a bad experience whatsoever. Thank you AKPD for being amazing with us. Highly recommend this Dentristy for your kiddos. This is a completely kid friendly clinic and they even have TV's with kids choice of Netflix and Disney+!! read more

Horrible experience here! Would not go back. Scheduling was a nightmare and they wanted to charge us $2500 for dental work on our 5 year old and that was AFTER our insurance paid their portion. Go somewhere else and without a doubt, get a second opinion before having ANY work done here. read more

Went there for my son's appointment. Clearly had a mix up with the dates, asked for a note so that he could be excused from the few hours of school he missed and they refused! Safe to say AKPD do not put patients first! Afterwards I canceled my son's appointment and deactivated his account! Too many companies out there to deal with this bs ! Also the front desk was NOT hospitable , passive aggressive attitude . Will no longer be a patient for a company who see you as a number and not a member!!!! read more

I absolutely loved them but then they dismissed my kids because I was late today. It took longer then expected to get my son out of school so I was going to be 18 minutes late and they dismissed my kids because apparently this was the third time being late or canceling, the first cancel was because one of my kids had a fever and they made me reschedule and the second time I couldn't get off of work and they set it as a no call no show even though I canceled. Had to find an all new dentist for all 4 of my kids. Other than that they were great. read more

The front desk ladies need a better attitude they were cold and unwelcoming. The staff they had a year ago seem to be gone except for a one maybe two associates their customer service then was how it should be. I would encourage customer service classes for the current front desk crew you are the first face we see when we come in and the last face when we leave make it a good experience. read more

Fantastic experience! The staff was so helpful and kind! Everyone made my kids at easy even though they were nervous. I highly recommend!!

The best Dentistry for my daughter. The staff are amazing. Once you enter the smiles and greets make you feel like your apart of the team. My daughter no longer cries, but now she's excited about going to the dentist. They give her the opportunity to explain any issues she's having not just me explaining it for her. Being new to the area I'm glad I chose All Kids Pediatric Dentistry. If I wasn't an adult I would make an appointment for myself. We love them read more

My daughter got her first tooth pulled, the staff made sure she was calm during the procedure. She started crying and the dentist wiped her tears away. That really showed me that they really care about their patients. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they forgot to give my daughter her new toothbrush and floss this time read more

Dr Mujica and all her staff from customer service to the clinical staff are amazing. Every experience there is good. They take very good precautions throughout the pandemic and take it very serious. There is never a wait time. It is very clean. The online forms were easy to complete and fill out. The previous one star comments are very shocking to hear. I think if your child has cavities and are to blame the dentist for negligence you are pointing your finger to the wrong person. A child who has cavities is due to lack of brushing at home or poor nutrition and that is negligence. Im sorry but please Educate yourself. This place is a five star every time we come and we love Dr Mujica and the other Doctors. Highly recommend All Kids Pediatric Dentistry. read more

Love the office and staff, usually never have a problem. However, today this new girl i've never seen before at the checkout desk was completely rude, my 6 year old daughter held the door open to let her in the building she didnt say 2 words to her, not hello, thank you, NOTHING. Then, on the way out barely said 2 words to me about scheduling my daughters appt. Extremely upset I had this experience today. Everyone else was lovely as usual and made my daughter feel so comfortable!! read more

Be sure to get a pre-estimate before receiving treatment as they tend to charge more than insurance will pay/allow and then tell you that even though they are preferred provider, the "upcharge" is not covered. read more

The office is very nice, clean and kid friendly. Wait time was great. Staff is very nice. However, I would of wished their was a bit more privacy when kids are being seen. Other than that I had a good experience. read more

I have used this dentistry twice so far for my 5 year old. The service initially, was great. Although the dentist seem to be in a rush most of the time, this particular dentist took a little more time to explain the vigorous treatments my daughter needed and the options I had the first time. The second time today for follow up, my daughter had another dentist. She was very emotionless and in a rush. I had questions about my daughters options as far as laughing gas vs anesthesia. She did not put any effort into explaining the additional work that needed to be done nor had any consideration of the anesthesia route of putting my daughter under with a $4000 hospital bill. The visit was all of 5 min and she proceeds to the next patient. I then go to the front desk in which the front desk personnel is asking me to sign saying that I was explained everything to bill in which I wasn't. The nature of this visit was so rushed. My daughter is now complaining of her lower tooth hurting after the visit. I will not be returning. read more

They are always up front about costs that will be incurred before you schedule any dental work. They will also check with your insurance company to be sure that you know your exact out of pocket costs. They are very friendly, we've never had to wait long and we have not had any scheduling problems. I would highly recommend All Kids Pediatric Dentistry. read more
