Never gave me an estimate, just assumed that Rob had the job without confirmation that the work could be performed. Rob was supposed to call me and let me know what the price would be. . Rob overcharged me heavily with no clear estimates. This aligns with common scamming tactics: "sticker shock for basic services" grossly overpriced vs reasonable maintenance Beware, this company scams you out of your money ... they will scam you out of your money and overcharge you." The work was done poorly--ducts damaged and leaking, overpriced parts/labor, and absolutely no accountability afterward. I strongly caution others: get at least three quotes, insist on clear, itemized estimates, and verify credentials. This experience has been a headache and a lesson learned.

I want to give an enourmous thank you to Florida Keys Electric Coop (FKEC), Wire Nuts; Steve, and…read morehis team, Steve and Mike. These are the types of things that happen when people care about what they do and their community. On friday, my electrical headmast (the pole where the electricity line comes into your home) rusted out and fell over. I called FKEC to let them know. They showed up within 40 minutes. Looked at the fallen mast and suggested to have the power cut off from my home for safety. Which they did immediately. We discussed how to repair this and they suggested I speak to one of the local Electricicians in Key Largo. I had done business before with Wire Nuts and called their emergency line. I think it's Steve's wife who answered and immediately got with Steve and he was on his way. Within another 30-40 minutes Steve was here (on Friday at 8:30pm) to review the issue. Assess the repair. He felt comfortable that his team would be able to fix it on Saturday and he confirmed it Saturday morning at 7:45am. By 8:10am his crew was working to repair the fallen electrical mast and under the beating sun got it done by 1pm. KLEC came in within 35minutes of my calling them and set up the power. I had electricity to my home by 2pm in less than 24 hours from when a major issue occurred and all because people are responsive and care about the folks they serve. My sincerest appreciation to FKEC and Steve at Wire Nuts for being great neighbors!!

I hired Mindy /this business to replace the front enclosure on my boat and paid a deposit upfront…read morein early 2026. At the same time, the seller of my boat had also already paid separately for work on the back enclosure as part of the sale. After payment, the process became a series of delays, missed appointments, and inconsistent communication. I was repeatedly told the work would be done "soon" or scheduled for specific days, but no one showed up. Over time, it became increasingly difficult to get any response at all. I sent a final message giving an opportunity to resolve the situation, but never received a reply. It has now been over two months with no contact and no work completed. It is concerning to see other reviews describing similar experiences. Based on my experience, I recommend using caution before paying any deposit. All communications and payments have been documented, and I am pursuing appropriate steps to resolve this matter.
