That's not legal . I asked for proof of services that were completed and what was done the store themselves said they didn't do anything to my computer but download nzxt cam that does nothing more than what my windows task manager can do your managers words "that's just what he prefers" . Your manager then continues lying to my face saying he spent time and did updates all the week they had it and moved my ram which is entirely not true. Because he then contradicted himself saying he couldn't remember after i called him out on it. I'm not an idiot I have a $3000 PC , I took it back home and nothing was done to it and all the same issues persisted and no diagnosis was done because i had to go home and diagnose it myself and spend hours taking apart my PC WITH ONE HAND. The only reason I brought it in was because i was in a car accident and have had surgery and a broken wrist not because im ignorant . no ram was moved because if it had been my bios would have to relearn the memory and my computer would notify me when turning it back on. Furthermore I checked recent installments and updates and nothing at all was done other than installing and running nzxt cam to do exactly as i stated before nothing . when I called him out on that lie He began becoming more aggressive and lying yelling and cursing then ignoring me and taking other customers only to further say he couldn't remember what he did to my pc exactly because he had so much work but yet i do. I called everyday to check on it the week they had my pc because i also do work from my pc, get this he had been out sick for multiple days and James his coworker confirmed so and also started that no work was done . He then offered to have me bring it back in after I spent my time and money self diagnosing it to be a hardware issue which your store claimed was not the issue and wanted to do a fresh install of my OS and pay more money which I know how to do and did myself And would not bring it back in to waste more time and money at such a rude disrespectful and dishonest establishment. miraculously the day he gets back in after calling off all week my pc is done and had all this "work" done to it. I picked it up with nothing diagnosed and specific request I made and said I'd pay for not done or addressed . Then I was threatened to be kicked out of the store , ignored and dismissed for asking these questions and being disrespected and only then did I become angry and used foul language because you have a store manager with zero integrity who is using the same language , lying in my face and disrespecting me in front of other customers. After escalating to corporate they are doing absolutely nothing about the situation and claimed that they were providing no refund after No diagnostics or time was even spent on my pc.

I never did get an email verification. They took me right away though! Oil change and NYS inspection. I was out of there in less than an hour even though their lot was full with cars. I even expected to hear that I would need brakes, but I passed the inspection with no issues. Good to hear since I'm driving to Rochester tomorrow. The basic wash uses a neoprene brush, that and along with their recycled water that is full of abrasive elements after washing multiple cars all day, has left scratches along both sides of my brand new 2026 vehicle. Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter. $1700 of damage
