The job is completed on time, on budget, and no haggling for quotes. I've had two instances already where there were other issues Branch identified while repairing other things, which they subsequently fixed with no additional labor charges. The last time I used Branch was to have my rear bumper repaired after an accident. Sadly, I thought it would be a good idea to shop around to a couple other businesses in the Saint James area. Both the other businesses told me my bumper was not repairable and quoted me for replacing the entire bumper, repainting and blending. Branch took one look at it and said, "No problem." Baffled at the fact the other two auto body places on Middle Country Road told me the bumper was irreparable, they quoted me about a third of the other two places' quotes for the repair.
