I've had Branch do work on two of my vehicles and most recently on my parents' vehicle. Each time their end product was impeccable. You'd expect most body shops would have flawless results, but unfortunately that hasn't been my experience. Not only do they perform quality work, they always stand behind it and go above and beyond to prove their focus on customer service. The job is completed on time, on budget, and no haggling for quotes. I've had two instances already where there were other issues Branch identified while repairing other things, which they subsequently fixed with no additional labor charges. The last time I used Branch was to have my rear bumper repaired after an accident. Sadly, I thought it would be a good idea to shop around to a couple other businesses in the Saint James area. Both the other businesses told me my bumper was not repairable and quoted me for replacing the entire bumper, repainting and blending. Branch took one look at it and said, "No problem." Baffled at the fact the other two auto body places on Middle Country Road told me the bumper was irreparable, they quoted me about a third of the other two places' quotes for the repair. At the end of the day, the rear bumper looked flawless. Branch is a huge asset to the community. read more
