This company is completely low budget, unprofessional, and provides poor customer service. The owner told me I was complaining when I inquired about the inflatable completely destroying my grass, as I have never had that happen before with other companies. He also deflated my water slide an hour early during my party while I still had guest. He didn't feel these issues were a big deal and explained he had another job in Smyrna and had to end early. He also shared that a one time inflatable rental can ruin grass and that's just how it is.
If you're willing to pay for what you want and expect quality service, don't be fooled by their lower prices. Go with Jump on Over if you want good service and quality products.
