Their helper inadvertently packed up our putty knife and a small tub of putty that they had to borrow from us, along with the rest of our trim paint that we paid for and still need, and it took 2 days and several phone calls to arrange for these items to be returned. Spoke to the wife and she yelled at me for calling about something "so small" and continued to give excuses about how busy they were with things going on in their personal lives.
