When I arrived for my session I wasn't booked in so I had to wait an hour. I should have taken this as a sign, but the massage was ok and then Reg sold me a block of 12 for £660 I needed the treatment as my back is very problematic. It was then near impossible to get a session via his email booking system. He didnt turn up to my last session which was hugely frustrating as I had to leave work early for the treatment.. This was summer 2012. Since last summer - I have tried so many times to contact Reg by email, texts, mobiles for booking sessions which is not an easy or quick method. It's been an annoying and stressful experience. I have had inappropriate and insensitive emails responses from someone, Reg or his staff, but written in the third person so I am not sure who as the emails are never signed by any name. I have already tried discussing a refund on my remaining sessions after I was told in October 2012 that he was fully booked until the new year!!! Clearly he has oversold his product and unable to deliver. They/he then referred me to his website and informed me that there was a no refund policy. even though i didnt purchase the sessions through his website nor was i informed of this policy when he sold me the sessions. I have tried again in 2013 to rebook an appointment, the last 3 months I have had absolutely no response what so ever. I am owed 7 sessions which equates to £385. He doesnt not answer his phone, doesnt respond to any of my emails, he has blocked me on Twitter and I have posted messages on Facebook but have not had any response. I spoke to Sports Dimension / The Running School where he practised from and they said he has disappeared he also owes then rent. And now I have had 2 other people contact me who are in the same position. I'd be happy to hear from anyone who has also been so unlucky to have had Reginald Lenney con them out of their hard earned cash and then disappear from the face of the planet. read more

This is sent with grateful thanks to you and your service. I have had trouble lifting my right arm above shoulder height. I have also had pain in my right leg and hip and have walked with a limp for a number of years now. Socially I was talking with my Doctor and I told him that I was thinking of going to a Holistic Therapist. My Doctor emphatically told me not to go, and to come and see him in his office for a checkup. When I went for my checkup I had blood tests and x-rays taken, which he said revealed nothing out of the ordinary. The Doctor then told me that this was just part of the aging process and if the pain got worse he would give me cortisone shots. He did not recommend any other form of treatment or therapy, other than heat and massage at home. After following his advise for a number of years I then began searching for other ways to relieve my pain. I have traveled to many other parts of the world and tried many other types of therapy. I was discouraged, frustrated and irritable. Through some of my wife's acquaintances, she heard about you, and suggested that I give you a try. After much thought and encouragement I called you. To my surprise and delight I immediately felt energy rushing through my body like never before. After a very short period of time I now have full mobility in my right arm and the limp in my right leg is gone. My hips are not sore and I feel much better all over, like I was given a new body. My wife says my attitude and temperament are much improved. I have gone in to see my doctor and he is speechless. I have been seeing Reggie for over 2 years now, he and his team have always been very professional, efficient and quick to respond to any phone messages or emails. I have a number of friends who also see him and have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I am sure this person, who is anonymous, which left the earlier negative comment has either been calling the wrong number or may be in the same line of business.
